Cabinet Resolution No. (73) of 2020 Repealing Cabinet Resolution No. (39) of 2013 Establishing an Office of a Minister of State
The Cabinet,
− Having reviewed the Constitution,
− Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 Regarding the Competences of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, as amended,
− Federal Decree by Law No. (11) of 2017 Regarding the Delegation of Certain Competences to the Cabinet,
− Cabinet Resolution No. (39) of 2013 Establishing the Office of a Minister of State, and
− Upon the proposal of the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, and the approval of the Cabinet,
Hereby resolves as follows:
Article (1)
Cabinet Resolution No. (39) of 2013 Establishing an Office of a Minister of State shall be repealed, and any resolution or provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution shall also be repealed.
Article (2)
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force from the date of its issuance.
