منصــة «وياكــم» لتفعيــل مشــاركة أفــراد
املجتمــع كرشكاء فاعــلني يف ابتــكار حلــول
اجتماعية مستدامة تعزز تنمية املجتمع.
ز الــدورة الرابعــة مــن وياكــم عىل الشــباب،ــّ كتر
وتدعــو أفــراد املجتمــع لتقديــم أفــكار تخــدم
9 ً مــن عمــر افئــة اليافــعني والشــباب تقريبــ
سنة، تحت ثالثة محاور رئيسية: 24 إىل
َم مهمــا كانــتدُقــت «وياكــم» تنظــر لــكل فكــرة
بسيطة عىل أنها فرصة للتغيري اإليجابي.
Wyakom is a community-engagement
platform launched by the Department of
Community Development – Abu Dhabi
(DCD) to empower residents to become
active partners in shaping innovative
and sustainable solutions for social
development.
The fourth cycle of Wyakom is dedicated
to youth, focusing on empowering young
people aged roughly between 9 and 24
with new opportunities. The initiative
invites ideas under three core pillars:
Wyakom treats every submitted idea,
regardless of scale, as a potential catalyst
for positive social change.

Baraka Youth-Led Ethical Investment and Community Prosperity
بركة – لالستثمار األخالقي واالزدهار املجتمعي بقيادة الشباب
Baraka is a gamified platform that empowers Abu Dhabi youth (18–25) to
design sustainable, community-focused investment proposals using AI and
data analytics. Projects, such as funding local farms or heritage crafts, must
align with traditional Emirati financial principles: risk aversion, ethics, and long-
term stability. Through interactive modules co-created with senior business
leaders and Majlis hosts, participants gain future-ready skills in finance, AI,
and decision-making. The initiative promotes responsible entrepreneurship,
prioritises prosperity over quick gains, and transforms youth into proactive
economic contributors, ensuring financial success is tied to social impact and
cultural heritage.

The Wellbeing Ripple Model: Strengthening Cyclical Wellbeing
Across Teachers, Students, and Parents
نموذج تموج الرفاهية: تعزيز الرفاهية الدورية بني املعلمني والطالب وأولياء األمور
The Wellbeing Ripple Model offers a holistic, preventive approach to school
wellbeing by connecting teachers, students, and families.
It incorporates simple daily and weekly check-ins, family engagement, and
counsellor-led support aligned with Wyakom’s family wellbeing categories and
ADEK’s SPIRE framework.
Expected outcomes include stronger home-school relationships, early
emotional support, and improved resilience.

املعلمني والطالب واألرس.
ويتضمــن النمــوذج فحوصــات يوميــة وأســبوعية بســيطة، وحلــول لتعزيــز مشــاركة األرسة،
ويقــدم الدعــم بــإرشاف استشــاريني، بمــا يتمــاىش مــع فئــات رفاهيــة األرسة ضمــن مبــادرة
الخاص بدائرة التعليم واملعرفة. SPIRE «وياكم» وإطار
النتائج: عالقات أقوى بني املنزل واملدرسة، ودعم عاطفي مبكر، وتحسني املرونة والتأقلم.

UAE Youth Are Its Future
شباب اإلمارات مستقبلها
A weekly initiative in Abu Dhabi empowering youth aged 10–18 to showcase
talents in arts, sports, coding, and innovation within a safe and encouraging
environment. The initiative aims to aims to discover talent early, boost self-
confidence, connect learning with creativity, and promote community
participation through schools and youth centres.

Our Heritage Unites Us
موروثنا يجمعنا
This is an initiative that aims to transform community majlis into interactive
learning hubs during holidays, promoting Emirati heritage through safe
and engaging activities such as traditional archery, falconry, etiquette,
and handicrafts, involving children (aged six to 14 years old), seniors, and
university volunteers. It aims to strengthen national identity, intergenerational
communication, and practical and entrepreneurial skills.
«موروثنــا يجمعنــا» مبــادرة لتحويــل املجالــس املجتمعيــة إىل مراكــز تعليميــة تفاعليــة خالل
العــطالت، لتعزيــز الرتاث اإلمــارايت عرب أنشــطة آمنــة مثــل الرمايــة التقليديــة، والصقــارة،

Heritage in a New Voice
الرتاث بصوت جديد
The initiative aims to empower People of Determination to learn traditional
Emirati crafts through an innovative approach that incorporates sound,
touch, and AI technologies, addressing their auditory, visual, and motor needs.
The concept seeks to transform People of Determination from trainees into
certified artisans capable of selling their products through a national digital
platform, promoting economic sustainability and making Emirati heritage
globally accessible. The project integrates the expertise of senior citizens as
living voices to pass heritage to future generations. As the first initiative to
combine AI and sign language in craft education, it serves as a pioneering
model for cultural inclusion and community empowerment.
تهــدف املبــادرة إىل تمــكني أصحــاب الهمــم مــن تعلــم الحــرف اإلماراتيــة التقليديــة بطريقــة

Lego - Year of Family 2026 – Empowering UAE Youth with
Disabilities (POD)
- تمكني شباب اإلمارات من أصحاب الهمم 2026 ليجو - عام األرسة
The programme empowers UAE youth with disabilities (People of
Determination) to lead creative, intergenerational LEGO-based learning
sessions for seniors. It provides paid facilitator roles and weekly activities in
care homes and majlis settings, fostering inclusion, economic empowerment,
and cultural values of respect and family bonding, bridging generations through
creativity.

إبداعية بني األجيال لكبار النس باستخدام «الليغو».

Steps Toward the Nation
خطوات نحو الوطن
A competition among school teams (7 students per team) to visit heritage and
cultural sites across the UAE within a month, tracking steps at each location.
The initiative aims to enhance cultural knowledge, encourage physical
activity, and develop social and teamwork skills. Key stakeholders include the
Department of Education and Knowledge, and DCD.

The “Until 8” initiative aims to delay children owning smartphones until Grade
8 and social media use until the age of 16 through a collective pledge between
parents and schools. It addresses risks of early technology use on mental and
physical health, and provides educational materials and scientific methods
aligned with Emirati values and local culture.
مبــادرة «حىت الصــف الثامــن» تهــدف لتأجيــل امــتالك األطفــال للهاتــف الذكــي حىت الصــف
ـورـاء األمــي بني أوليــاق جماعـ، عرب ميثـ16 ـي حىت نسـل االجتماعــتخدام التواصــن، واسـالثامـ
واملدارس.
تعالــج املنصــة مخاطــر االســتخدام املبكــر للتقنيــة عىل الصحــة النفســية والجســدية، وتوفــر
مواد توعوية وأساليب علمية، بما يتوافق مع القيم اإلماراتية والثقافة املحلية.

Basira is a smart, secure platform that provides adolescent girls with reliable
health information and confidential answers to their questions, under the
supervision of specialised female doctors. The platform aims to address the lack
of guidance during puberty and early marriage by offering bilingual content
that respects cultural and societal values, with plans to expand through school
and community partnerships.
منصــة «بــصرية» هــي منصــة ذكيــة وآمنــة موجهــة للفتيــات اليافعــات لتقديــم معلومــات
صحيــة موثوقــة واإلجابــة عــن تســاؤالتهن برسيــة، بــإرشاف طبيبــات متخصصــات. تهــدف
ملعالجــة نقــص التوجيــه والوعــي خالل مرحلــة البلــوغ وبدايــة الــزواج، وتوفــر محتــوى ثنــايئ
دارس والرشاكاتــملاللغــة يراعــي الثقافــة والقيــم املجتمعيــة، مــع خطــط للتوســع عرب ا

Sanad Squad – Youth Support Circles
فرقة سند – دوائر دعم الشباب
A weekly youth-led support circle in Abu Dhabi, guided by trained teenage
mentors and supervised by adults. The programme offers safe spaces for teens
to build emotional resilience through empathy exercises, stress management,
digital well-being, and life skills. It fosters confidence, healthy friendships, and
culturally aligned values.
