Subject: Event Licensing System ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،

Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT
Abu Dhabi) with a mandate to develop the tourism
industry in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and upon the
Executive Council’s Chairman Resolution No. 54/2016
on the event licensing system in Abu Dhabi, and upon
DCT Abu Dhabi’s Chairman Resolution No. 11/2019
relating to the application mechanism of the event
licensing system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through the
tasks assigned to DCT Abu Dhabi;
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺇﻧﺷﺎء ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ8ﺑﻧﺎء ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻧﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ

ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺁﻟﻳﺔ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ 2019 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ11ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻘﻳﺎﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ؛
Reference is made to previously issued circulars
regarding the events licensing process. Kindly note that
all event organizers and venue owners must adhere to
the UAE’s customs, traditions, and heritage which must
be respected. Avoid any activity that is of a racist or
extremist nature, or that disturbs public order and morals
in the country, and in case of signing any contract
between both parties, ensure clearly in all contracts
signed, with all venues assigned for different types of
events, that the responsibility will be handled by the
event applicant.
ﻋﻁﻔﺎ ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻣﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺳﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺁﻟﻳﺔ ﺇﺻﺩﺍﺭ ﺗﺭﺍﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻧﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﺑﻳﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ
ﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﻼﻙ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺑﺎﺧﺗﻼﻑ ﺃﻧﻭﺍﻋﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﺣﺗﺭﺍﻡ
ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻘﺎﻟﻳﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻭﺭﻭﺙ ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﻭﺍﻻﺑﺗﻌﺎﺩ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﺔ ﺑﺄﻱ ﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﻓﻲ
ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﻳﻛﻭﻥ ﺫﺍ ﻁﺎﺑﻊ ﻋﻧﺻﺭﻱ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺗﻁﺭﻑ ﺃﻭ ﻳﺷﻛﻝ ﺟﺭﻳﻣﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻳﺧﻝ ﺑﺎﻟﻧﻅﺎﻡ
ﻭﺍﻵﺩﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ، ﻭﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﺃﻳﺔ ﻋﻘﻭﺩ ﺑﻳﻥ ﺍﻷﻁﺭﺍﻑ ﻟﻧﻔﺱ ﺍﻟﻐﺭﺽ،
ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﺗﺿﻣﻳﻥ ﻧﻔﺱ ﺍﻟﺑﻧﺩ ﺣﺭﻓﻳﺎ ً ﻓﻲ ﺃﻳﺔ ﻋﻘﻭﺩ ﻻﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺗﻣﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻗﺎﻣﺔ
ﺃﻳﺔ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺑﻣﺧﺗﻠﻑ ﺍﻷﻧﻭﺍﻉ، ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺅﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫ ﺍﻟﻣﺫﻛﻭﺭ ﺗﻘﻊ ﻋﻠﻰ
ﻋﺎﺗﻖ ﻣﻘﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﻁﻠﺏ.
Please note that the above mentioned establishments
will be checked by DCT Abu Dhabi's inspectors to verify
compliance with these instructions.
