إجراءات الوقاية من الحرائق بالمواقع اإلنشائية
إ لى جميع ال مكاتب االستشارية وشركات المقاوالت والمطورين العاملين في
قطاع البناء واألنشاء داخل مدينة أبوظبي .
حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات البيئة والصحة
والسالمة ب أماكن العمل في قطاع البناء واإلنشاء ب مدينة أبوظبي يرجى من
الجميع ﺿرورة اإللتزام ب المتطلبات اآلتية:

Fire preventive measures in construction sites
To all consultants, contractors & developers working in
building and construction sector within Abu Dhabi City.
As Abu Dhabi City Municipality always enhance EHS
procedures at workplaces in building & construction sector
in Abu Dhabi City. It is requested from all to comply with
the following requirements:
المتطلبات Requirements
• الحصول على شهادة ا ستيفاء ا شتراطات السالمة من الدفاع المدني
للمكاتب و استراحات العمال وأماكن التخزين وخزانات الوقود في
المواقع اإلنشائية .
 A certificate of fulfilling safety requirements must be
obtained from the Civil Defense for offices, labour rest
area, storage areas and fuel tanks in construction sites.
• ت وفير أجهزة مكافحة الحريق في المكاتب وفي أماكن التخزين والتأكد
من عملها بشكل جيد.
 Firefighting system must be provided in offices and in
storage areas, and to ensure its in good working order.
• تحليل المخاطر و تجهيز خطة الطوارئ الخاصة بمكافحة الحرائق
في المواقع اإلنشائية .
• Risk assessment and emergency plan shall be prepared for
the fire prevention in construction sites.
• على جميع المقاولين االلتزام بسياسة منع التدخين بالمكاتب وتوفير
مناطق للتدخين حسب االشتراطات .
• Contractors Must adhere to the non-smoking policy and
provide smoking areas according to the requirements.
• إ جراء تدريب إ خالء حريق للمكاتب والمشروع بشكل دوري وتوفير
السجالت عند الطلب.
• Fire evacuation drill shall be conducted regularly in the
offices and sites. (Record shall be available)
• توفير مداخل ومخارج للطوارئ والتأكد من وجود اللوحات
اإلرشادية وأﺿ واء الطوارئ .
• Providing emergency entrances and exits and ensuring the
presence of directional signs and emergency lights.
• توفير الئحة تضم أسماء فريق الطوارئ وﺿباط أطفاء الحريق
وتعليقها بمكان واﺿح في المكاتب والمشروع.
• Emergency team and certified fire wardens’ chart shall be
posted in visible place (site and offices).
• توفير من ا طق تجمع حسب االشتراطات .
• provide assembly points as per requirements.
