Safety requirement when visibility is low
and fog forms
Abu Dhabi City Municipality represented by
EHS Division extends its greetings.
With reference to the above subject and In the
context of ensuring that the highest standards of
security and safety are followed, the movement of
buses transporting workers must be completely
stopped at times when visibility is low and fog forms,
in order to ensure the safety of workers, and not to
endanger their lives and the lives of others.
please disseminate this circular to all concern parties
“contractor, sup-contractors,
consultant, transportation companies, worker
accommodation management, etc...” and ensure
compliance consistently.
Non-compliance with the above
requirements will subject the violated entity
to fines and legal liability.

متطلبات السالمة تشكل الضباب وقل ة مستوى الروية
تهديكم بلدية مدينة أبوظبي ممثلة بإدارة البيئة والصحة
والسالمة خالص التحايا وأطيب التمنيات،
باإلشارة الى املوضوع اعاله وفي إطارالحرص على اتباع أعلى معايير
األمن والسالمة، يجب إيقاف حركة حافالت نقل العمال بصورة
تامة في األوقات التي يقل فيها مستوى الرؤية وتشكل الضباب وذلك
حرصا ً منها على ضمان سالمة العمال، وعدم تعريض حياتهم وحياة
اآلخرين للخطر .
وعليه يرجى التكرم بعمل الالزم والتعميم على املعنيين لديكم
"املقاول الرئيس ي، مقاولي الباطن، االستشاريين، شركات النقل،
وإد ارة سكن العمال، إلخ.. “والتأكد من االمتثال بشكل دوري.
عدم االلتزام باإلجراءات املحددة أع اله سيعرض املخالفين إلى
الغرامة واملساءلة القانونية.
