مجيع املطوريــن واالستشارين واملقاولني وشركات الفحص
الفين االلتزام باآلتي:

Concerning Approving the List of
Technical Inspection Companies
(Third Party Companies)
As Abu Dhabi Municipality always enhance
EHS Procedures at the construction sites, all
developers, consultants, contractors and Third-
party Companies are requested to comply with
the following:
• العمل على فحص جميع المعدات التي تتطلب فحص من قبل
طرف ثا لث من قبل قائمة الشركــات المحدثة
• Examine all equipment that requires
examination by a third party from the updated
third-party companies
• إعطاء مهلة 3 أشهر بدءا من 15 مارس 2021 إلى 15 يونيو
2021 لجميع المقاوليـن واالستشاريــن لتحديث شهادات اعتماد
من قبل طرف ثالث حسب القائمةي كــات الفحص الفنر ش

• Giving a deadline of 3 months from March 15,
2021 to June 15, 2021 for all contractors and
consultants to update certification of technical
inspection companies by a third party according
to the approved list
• سيتم البدء بتنفيذ حملة بعد المهلة المحددة لضمان التأكد من
التزام جميع المقاوليـن واالستشارين بالتعميم أعاله، وسيتم اتخ اذ
اإلجراءات القانونية الالزمة مع الشركــات الغير ملتزمة وكذلك
شركــات الفحص الفني التي تصدر شهادات دون اعتمادها من قبل
بلديــة مدينة أبوظبي
• A campaign will start after the specified
deadline period to ensure that all contractors
and consultants adhere to the above circular,
and the necessary legal measures will be taken
with non-compliant companies as well as
technical inspection companies(third party
Companies) that issue certificates without being
approved by the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City.

• 1- Commercial license
• 2- Accreditation by the Emirates National
Accreditation System (ENAS)

is accredited and added to the approved list.
