متطلبات السالم ة ب مواقع الهدم.
الى جميع شركات المقاوالت و ال مكاتب االستشارية والمطورين العاملين
في قطاع البناء واإل نشاء داخل مدينة أبوظبي .
حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات البيئة والصحة
والسالمة في المواقع االنشائية يرجى من جميع المقاولين واالستشاريين
والمطورين االلتزام باآلتي :

Safety Requirements in the Demolition Sites.
To: All contractors, consultants and developers
working in building and construction sector
within the Abu Dhabi City.
As Abu Dhabi City Municipality always enhance
EHS measures at the construction sites. All
contractors, consultants and developers are
requested to comply with the following
requirements:
متطلبات البيئة والصحة والسالمة Environment Health and Safety Requirements
• التأكد من أخذ جميع الموافقات والتصاريح من الجهات المعنية قبل
البد ء بأي عملية هدم.
• Ensure all authorities approvals / permits are
obtained prior to start any demolition activities.
• يجب عل ى مقاول الهدم أعداد بيان يوضح طريقة العمل وتقييم المخاطر
وخطة الصحة والسالمة والبيئة لجميع األعمال مع ضمان إتباعهم بشكل
دقيق.
• Demolition contractors shall provide clear method
statement, risk assessment, and HSE plan for the
demolition activities and ensure they followed
properly.
• يجب إ جراء دراسة لهيكل المبنى من خالل مكتب استشاري لضمان
قدرة هيكل المبنى على ت حمل أوزان المواد والمعدات.
• Engineering study for the building structure shall
be done by consultant to ensure the structure of
the building can bear the loads of the materials
and equipment.
• يجب حصول جميع المعدات على شهادة تسجيل (ملكية) وشهادة فحص
من طرف ثالث سارية المفعول . كما يجب حصول مشغلي هذه المعدات
على شهادة كفاءة صادرة من طرف ثالث و سارية المفعول.
• All equipment shall have valid UAE registration
(Milkya) and 3rd party inspection certificates. All
operators of these equipment shall have valid 3rd
party competency certificates.
• تقديم تعهد من المقاول بشأن خلو المبنى من مادة األسبستوس والمواد
الخطرة . وفي حالة وجود هذه المواد يجب التعا مل مع ه ا حسب متطلبات
أدلة الممارسة ذات العالقة لإلطار العام لنظام إم ارة أبوظبي للسالمة
والصحة المهنية ولوائح مركز أبو ظبي إلدارة النفايات.
• Submitting of contractor undertaking letter which
ensures that the building is free from asbestos and
hazardous materials. In case of availability of these
materials in the building, they shall be dealt with
according to the requirements of relevant codes of
practices of AD OSHAD SF and the regulations of
Abu Dhabi Waste Management Center.
• الفحص اليومي للضوضاء والغبار لضمان عدم تجاوز الحد المسموح
به مع ضمان األخذ بالتدابير الوقائية إ ذا تطلب األمر . (يجب توفير
التقارير عند الطلب) .
• Noise and dust monitoring shall be done in a daily
basis to ensure that their levels are not exceeding
the allowable limits. Ensure preventive measures
are taken where required. (Reports shall be available
when requested).
• يجب توفير معدات الحماية الشخصية المالئمة لجميع العمال ومشغلين
المعدات.
• All required PPE shall be provided for the workers
and the equipment operators.
• يجب تركيب السقاالت عن طريق فريق مختص وفحصها من طرف ثالث
لضمان سالمة استخدامها .
• Scaffolds shall be erected by competent
scaffolders and certified by 3rd party to ensure they
are safe to use.
• يجب على مقاو لي الهدم التأكد من رش المبنى بالمبيدات الحشرية
والتأكد من خلو المبنى منها. (يجب توفير عقد رش مبيدات حشرية)
• Demolition contractors must ensure that the pest
and rodent control process is completed, and the
building is free of them. (pest control contract shall
be provided).

• يجب على مقاول ي الهدم االمتثال واإل لتزام بتشريعات الس المة
والصحة المهنية في إمارة أبوظبي والدولة ومتطلبات البيئة والصحة
والسالمة لبلدي ة مدينة أبوظبي .
• Demolition contractors shall ensure compliance with
Abu Dhabi Emirate & UAE OSH legislations, and
ADM-EHS requirements.
