إ لى جميع ال مكاتب اإل ستشاريه وشركات المقاوالت والمطورين
العاملين في قطاع البناء واإل نشاء داخل مدينة أبوظبي .
حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات البيئة
والصحة والسالمة في المواقع اإل نشائية يرجى من جميع المقاولين
واالستشارين والمطورين االلتزام باآلتي :

Dewatering Requirements at
Construction Sites
To: All consultants, contractors & developers working in
building and construction sector within the City of Abu
Dhabi.
As Abu Dhabi City Municipality always enhance EHS
procedures at the construction sites, all contractors,
consultants, and developers are requested to comply
with the following:
متطلبات البيئة والصحة والسالمة Environment Health and Safety Requirements
• ال تأكد من الحصول على الرخص المطلوبة من جميع الجهات المعنية
بخصوص سحب وضخ المياه الجوفية الجوفية في المشاريع اإلنشائية .
 Ensure all authorities approvals / permits related to
dewatering & discharging of groundwater activities in
construction sites are obtained.
• اإل لتزام بمتطلبات بلدية مدينة أبوظبي وهيئة البيئة أبوظبي بخصوص
عمليات سحب وضخ المياه الجوفية في المشاريع اإلنشائية .
(دليل ال ممارسة رقم 13-5015 الصادر من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي) .
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of Abu Dhabi
City Municipality and Abu Dhabi Environment agency
regarding the dewatering & discharging activities
(Dewatering Guidelines No. 13-5015 issued by ADM).
• يتحمل المقاول الرئيسي واإل ستشاري والمطور المس ئولية الكاملة عن
ضخ المياه الجوفية الملوثة داخل القن وات المائية أو البحر أ و شبكات
صرف مياه األ مطار أ و التربة وعن عدم الحصول على الرخص المطلوبة
من الجهات المعنية.
• The main contractor, consultant, and developer are fully
responsible of discharging contaminated water into the
water canals, sea, storm-water networks, or soil. Also,
they shall be liable for not obtaining the required
permits from relevant authorities.
• المياه الناتجة عن أعمال نزح المياه الجوفية والمراد تصريفها يجب أن
تكون خالية من المواد الصلبة، والملوثات والمركبات الضارة بكافة
أنواعها و الزيوت وأن يتم أخذ عينات منها و فحصها بواسطة طرف ثالث
(مختبر معتمد) للتأكد من محتوياتها ضمن المستويات المسوح بها قبل
تصربفها حسب النظم واللوائح الم عتمدة وتقديم ما يثبت ذلك عند الطلب.
• Discharged dewatering effluents must always be free of
solid materials, pollutants, all types of harmful
compounds, and oil. Effluent water samples shall be
tested by an approved third-party laboratory to ensure
that its contents are within the permissible levels prior
to its discharging according to approved regulations. An
evidence shall be submitted when requested.
• سيتم اتخاذ الالزم على المقاولين واالستشاريين الغير ملتزمين بدليل
التراخيص ومتطلبات أبوظبي مدينة بلدية من الصادر الممارسة
بخصوص سحب وضخ المياه الجوفية.
• Noncompliance of contractors and consultants with
ADM Dewatering Guidelines and permits requirements
shall be subjected to necessary action.
• يتم التنبيه على شركات سحب وضخ المياه الجوفيـة في المواقع
اإل نشائية من قبل االستشاري والمقاول الرئيسي بضرورة التقيد بدل يل
الممارسة ومتطلبات بلدية مدينة أبوظبي ولوائح هيئة البيئة أبوظبي .
• All dewatering & discharging companies in construction
sites shall be notified by consultant and main contractor
to adhere with the Abu Dhabi City Municipality
Dewatering Guidelines and requirements, and to comply
with Abu Dhabi Environment Agency regulations.
