Safety Requirements in the Construction Site
To: All contractors, consultants and developers
working in building and construction sector
within Abu Dhabi City.
As Abu Dhabi Municipality always enhance EHS
measures at the construction sites. All
contractors, consultants and developers are
requested to comply with the following
requirements
Environment Health and Safety Requirements
 يجب على المالك / المطور والمقاول واألستشاري التأكد من توفير بيئة عمل أمنه
وخاليه من األذى لجميع العاملين والموردين والزوار في المواقع ا ألنشائيه.
• Client/developer, consultant and contractors shall provide
safe working environment free from harm to employees,
visitors and stakeholders.
 ي جب تعيين ممارسي الصحة والسالمة المهنية لكل مشروع من طرف
والمقاول االستشاري ال لضمان لل الصحيح تنفيذ والمسؤوليات متطلبات
المذكوره في قواعد الممارسه 53.0 - 3.3 .
 HSE Practitioners shall be appointed for each project
from the consultant and contractor to ensure proper
implementation of CoP 53.0 – 3.3 Roles and
Responsibilities.
 يجب على ال مالك /ال مطور ل لمشروع أجراء تفتيش الصحه والسالمه والبيئه
بشكل دوري على المشاريع لضمان توفير ب يئة عمل أمنه للعاملين بالمشروع
وضمان ألقيام بأنشطة البناء دون التأثير سلبا على البيئه.
• The client/developer shall conduct regular HSE inspections
for the projects to ensure safe working environment is
provided, and to ensure construction activities are
conducted without adversely impact to the environment.
• ضمان حصول جميع الموظفين على تدريب مناسب في مجال الصحه و السالمة
والبيئه بهدف منع الضرر الذي يلحق بالناس والممتلكات والبيئة .
• Ensure All employees receive appropriate HSE training with
the aim of preventing harm to people, property and to the
environment.
• يجب أعداد بيان يوضح طريقة العمل وتقييم المخاطر لجميع األعمال مع ضمان
أتباعها بشكل دقيق.
• Method statement and risk assessments shall be prepared
for all activities and ensure it is followed closely.
• يجب حصول جميع األالت والمعدات المتحركه على شهادة تسجيل سارية
المفعول وشهادة فحص من طرف ثالث لضمان عملها بشكل أمن .
• All moving Machines / Equipment shall have valid UAE
registration and 3rd party inspection certificates to ensure
it’s in safe working conditions.
• يجب على المالك / المطورين واألستشاريين والمقاولين األمتثال واأللتزام
بتشريعات الصحه والسالمه المهنيه في مدينة أبوظبي ومتطلبات الصحه
والسالمه والبيئه ل قواعد الممارسه " أوشاد " ومتطلبات البيئه والصحه
والسالمه لبلديه مدينة أبوظبي .
• Clients/developer, consultants and contractors shall ensure
compliance with UAE HSE legislation, OSHAD CoP and ADM-
EHS requirements.
