الى جميع الشركات ال ستشاريه وشركات املقاولت العاملين في قطاع البناء واإل نشاء داخل
مدينة أبوظبي
حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات البيئة والصحة والسالمة في املواقع
اإل نشائية يرجى من جميع املقاولين وال ستشارين واملطورين ال لتزام باآلتي :

Waste Disposal & Burning Prevention
To: All Consultants and contractors working in Building and
construction sector within the City of Abu Dhabi
As Abu Dhabi Municipality always enhance EHS Procedures at
the construction sites, all contractors, consultants and
developers are requested to comply with the following:
متطلبات البيئة و الصحة و السالمه Environment & Health and safety requirements
• يمنع منعا ً باتا ً ونهائيا ً حرق أي نوع من المخلفات العضوية أو
مخلفات البناء والهدم في الموقع اإلنشائي، ويجب التخلص منها
بالطرق السليمة.
• Burning any type of waste in the construction site is
strictly prohibited, all construction site waste should be
disposed in proper way.
• حرق المخلفات في الموقع اإلنشائي يعرّض جميع أطراف
المشروع (المقاول، االستشاري، المطور) للمساءلة القانونية،
حيث سيتم اتخاذ اإلجراءات الالزمة بحق المخالفين حسب
اللوائح والقوانين .
• Burning waste in the construction site expose all
project parties to legal liability "contractor, consultant
and developer", disciplinary action will be taken against
any violation as per regulations and laws requirements.
• يجب التعاقد فقط مع شركات مزودي الخدمات البيئية المرخصة
والمعتمدة من مركز أبوظبي إلدارة النفايات (تدوير) لنقل
النفايات .
• Contract with environmental services providers
Companies approved by Abu Dhabi waste management
center (Tadweer), for waste transportation.
• يمنع منعا ً باتا ً رمي نفايات الهدم والبناء بشكل عشوائي، ويجب
توفير حاويات خاصة يتم تجميعها وترحيلها بشكل دوري إلى
األماكن المعتمدة .
• It is strictly prohibited to throw demolition and
construction waste randomly, special containers must
be provided and collected periodically.
• فصل النفايات العضوية عن نفايات الهدم والبناء والمحافظة
على نظافة الموقع اإلنشائي، مع ضمان الترحيل اليومي
للمخلفات العضوية بواسطة شركات معتمدة من مركز أبوظبي
إلدارة النفايات (تدوير) .
• Separation of organic waste from demolition
/construction waste and maintaining the cleanliness of
the construction site while ensuring daily transfer of
organic and inorganic waste by companies approved by
Abu Dhabi waste management center (Tadweer)
• الت أكد من استيفاء متطلبات مركز أبوظبي إلدارة النفايات
(تدوير) قبل الحصول على التصاريح الخاصة بتكليف مقاول
وإتمام المباني والهدم .
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of Abu
Dhabi waste management center (Tadweer), before
obtaining permits to commission contractor, completion
of buildings and demolition.
• االمتثال لمتطلبات اإلطار العام لنظام إمارة أبوظبي للسالمة
والصحة المهنية، دليل الممارسة الفني إلدارة النفايات رقم
( 54.0 ). ومتطلبات مركز أبوظبي إلدارة النفايات (تدوير)،
األدلة الفنية والتعاميم .
• Compliance with requirements of Abu Dhabi
Occupational Safety and Health System Framework,
Code of practices 54.0 Waste Management. and with
requirements of Abu Dhabi waste management center
(Tadweer), Circulations and Technical Guidelines.
