متطلبات السالمة للرافعات البرجية
إ لى جميع ال مكاتب االستشارية وشركات المقاوالت والمطورين العاملين في
قطاع البناء واألنشاء داخل مدينة أبوظبي .
حرصا من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي لضمان تعزيز إجراءات البيئة والصحة
والسالمة ب أماكن العمل في قطاع البناء واإلنشاء في مدينة أبوظبي يرجى من
الجميع ضﺮورة اإللﺘﺰام ب المتطلبات اآلتية:

Safety requirement for tower cranes
To all consultants, contractors & developers
working in building and construction sector
within the Abu Dhabi City.
As Abu Dhabi City Municipality always enhance
EHS procedures at workplaces in building &
construction sector in Abu Dhabi City. It is
requested from all the necessity of complying
with the following requirements:
المتطلبات Requirements
• يجب الحصول على رخصة تركيب الرافعة البرجية من بلدية مدينة
أبوظبي لجميع أنواع الرافعات البرجية وتشمل الرافعات (ذاتية
التركيب) وااللتزام بالمخططات المعتمدة في نظام التراخيص .
 Permit to install the tower crane must be obtained
from Abu Dhabi City Municipality for all types of
cranes, including (self-erection) cranes and adherence
to the approved drawings in MEPS.
• يجب على شركات التركيب والفحص الفني للرافعات البرجية التأكد من
وجود تصريح تركيب رافعة برجية صادر من بلدية مدينة أبوظبي
والتركيب حسب المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
 Erection companies and technical inspection of tower
cranes, must ensure that there is erection permit
issued by Abu Dhabi city municipality and installation
asper the approved drawings & specifications.
• يجب تركيب الرافعات البرجية بحيث تتحرك فقط ضمن حدود المشروع
(السور المؤقت) ومنع كافة عمليات الرفع أو خروج أجزاء الرافع ة
خارج حدود الموق ع (السور المؤقت).
• Tower cranes shall be erected to move only within the
project plot boundary and prevent all lifting
operations and crane parts such as (counterweight
and boom) to exceed the projects fence / plot limit.
• يجب تركيب الرافعات البرجية في وضع ال يتعارض مع أي رافعات
أخرى أو أي منشأة في جميع الظروف (التشغيلية وغير التشغيلية) .
• Tower cranes shall be erected in a place posing zero
collision to other cranes/structures at all conditions
(operational and non-operational).
• يجب إجراء عمليات فحص وصيييانة شييامل شيييرية بواةييطة شييركة
صيييانة من طرف ثالث لجميع الرافعات وبناءا ً على توصيييات الصييانع
للتيأكيد من أنييا في حيالية عميل جييدة . (يجيب توفير تقيارير الفحص عنيد
الطلب)
• Monthly inspection and maintenance shall be
conducted by third party maintenance company for all
cranes & their accessories based on the manufacture’s
recommendations to ensure they are in good working
condition. (Reports shall be available upon request).
• يجب إجراء ال فحص اليومي واألةبوعي من قبل شخص ذو كفاءة.
(ي جب توفير تقارير الفحص عند الطلب)
• Daily and weekly inspection shall be conducted by
competent person. (Reports shall be available upon
request).

• يجب أن يتم فحص جميع الرافعات ًةنويا من قبل شركة طرف ثالث
معتمدة، كما يجب فحص أدوات الرفع كل 6 أشير، ويجب أن يخضع
مشغلو الرافعات و موجيين الرافعات لتدريب من قبل طرف ثالث كل
ةنة والتدريب الداخلي لتجديد المعلومات كل ربع ةنة .
• All cranes shall be inspected by approved third party
company every year and lifting gears every 6 months.
Cranes operators and riggers shall be undergone third
party competence training every year and internal
refresher training every quarter.
• يجييب ت ركيييب نظييام م نييع ا لتصييادم عنييد اةييتخدام رافعتييين او أكثيير
في نفس القطر ، و تركيب أنظمة تحديد دخول ال مناطق ما أمكن.
• Anti-collision system shall be installed when two
tower cranes or more are working in the same radius,
and zoning systems to be installed where applicable.
• يجب أن ت فحص الرافعات القديمة بتقنية NDT للتأكد من أنيا في
حالة آمنة ( ل لرافعات التي عمرها من 15 ةنة وأكثر).
• Old cranes shall be inspected by NDT (Non-Destructive
Testing) to ensure that they are in safe working order.
(for cranes of 15 years and above).
• يجب تركيب أضواء الطيران لجميع الرافعات البرجية حسب متطلبات
هيئة مطارات أبوظب ي .
• Aviation lights must be installed for all tower cranes
in accordance with the requirements of the Abu Dhabi
Airports Authority.
