Subject: Training Programme on Abu Dhabi
Healthcare Guidelines for Health Media &
Advertising System
We would like to extend our greetings
wishing you all the best and success.
With reference to the above-mentioned
subject, we would like to inform you that
the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi is
gearing up to conduct a training
programme for all licensed healthcare
facilities operating in the Emirate of Abu
Dhabi, regarding Healthcare Guidelines for
Health Media & Advertising System.
This training programme, which will be
conducted virtually, is a testament to
DoH’s commitment to further easing and
facilitating the healthcare facilities’ efforts
in the Emirate to promote their preventive
healthcare service and treatments, and
enable them to showcase their
achievements. This step would allow us to
continue our integrated efforts with a
unified team spirit, to further cement the
Emirate’s position as a leading healthcare
and life science destination.
بداية ، يسرنا أن نتقدم لكم بخالص التحية والتقدير
متمنين لكم دوام التوفيق والنجاح
باإلشارة إلى املوضوع أعاله، َّنود إعالمكم بأن دائرة
الصحة – أبوظبي تستعد إلطالق برنامج تدريبي حول
الدليل اإلرشادي ملنظومة اإلعالم واإلعالن الصحي
والذي يستهدف كافة املنشآت الصحية العاملة في إمارة
أبوظبي.
ويأتي تنظيم هذا البرنامج التدريبي، الذي سيعقد بشكل
افتراض ي، تجسيدا اللتزام الدائرة برفد ودعم وتسريع
الجهود التي تبذلها امل نشآت الصحية في اإلمارة للتعريف
بخدماتها الصحية الوقائية والعالجية وتمكينها من
تسليط الضوء على إنجازاتها املتميزة؛ وبالتالي مواصلة
الجهود املشتركة بروح الفريق الواحد نحو ترسيخ مكانة
أبوظبي كوجهة عاملية رائدة للرعاية الصحية وعلوم
الحياة.

The training programme will cover several
topics, such as essential principles, content
development and key messages, approval
processes, and more, pertaining the
healthcare sector in the Emirate.
Upon successfully completing all the
requirements of the training programme,
health facilities’ representatives can log
their advertisement/communication
materials on DoH systems and proceed
with them according to the applicable
guidelines.
Accordingly; each healthcare facility is
required to nominate two representatives,
by no later than two weeks as from the
issuance date of this circular, to attend the
said training programme, via the following

سيناقش البرنامج التدريبي عددا من املحاور كالضوابط
واإلرشادات العامة إلعداد وتطوير املحتوى الصحي
اإلعالني أو اإلعالمي، املبادئ األساسية، آلية املوافقة
والرسائل الرئيسية الخاصة بقطاع الرعاية الصحية في
اإلمارة وغيرها.
وبعد استكمال جميع متطلبات البرنامج التدريبي بنجاح،
سيتم كن ممثلو املنش آت الصحية املرخصة من تسجيل
إعالناتهم الصحية في أنظمة دائرة الصحة واملض ي قدما
بنشرها، طبقا للدليل اإلرشادي امل عمول به.
وعليه، يتوجب على كل منشأة صحية ترشيح ممثلين
اثنين عنها للتسجيل لحضور البرنامج التدريبي املذكور في
مدة أقصاها أسبوعين من تاريخ هذا التعميم ، وذلك عبر
