Federal Decree by Law on Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances
Article 1 ¶
For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Decree by Law, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto, including: Narcotics; Psychotropic Substances; Import; Export; Bring In; Transport; Promotion; Production; Manufacture; Commitment; Subjecting to Monitoring; Mandatory Enrollment in Rehabilitation Programs; Authority; Establishment; Chairman of the Board; Competent Administrative Authority; Unit; Supervisory Committee.
