generic "It is not permitted to practice Land Transport activity except after obtaining a license from the Au" [ref_369]

generic "The Authority shall issue Licenses to practice Land Transport activities in accordance with the foll" [ref_371]
generic "1. Licensing for Sole Proprietorships:" [ref_372]
generic "It is permitted to practice Land Transport activities in accordance with the following conditions:" [ref_373]
generic "First: Establishments that own no more than ten (10) Means of Transport:" [ref_374]
generic "a. The owner shall be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates." [ref_375]
generic "b. A copy of the commercial license shall be submitted (after the competent employee has examined th" [ref_376]
generic "c. A request for a License shall be submitted on the Form prepared for this purpose by the Authority" [ref_377]
generic "d. The type of activity for which the License is requested shall be specified in the application." [ref_378]
generic "e. Proof of ownership of the Means of Transport shall be provided, or lease contracts shall be submi" [ref_379]
generic "f. The Means of Land Transport shall be equipped with safety means and meet all technical conditions" [ref_380]
generic "g. The specifications of the Means of Land Transport in terms of dimensions, loads, weights, and the" [ref_381]
generic "h. Obtain approvals from the Competent Authorities for licensing." [ref_382]
generic "i. Obtain an Operating Card for each Means of Transport in accordance with the provisions of this Re" [ref_383]
generic "j. Submission of a special power of attorney for the person in charge and the specimen signature app" [ref_384]
generic "k. Provide the Authority with evidence of the locations designated for the depots of the Means of Tr" [ref_385]
generic "l. Provide proof of the availability of emergency teams for the repair of the transport vehicles use" [ref_386]
generic "m. Payment of the prescribed Fees." [ref_387]
generic "Second: Establishments that own more than ten (10) Means of Transport:" [ref_388]
generic "In addition to the conditions stipulated in item (First), the following conditions shall be met:" [ref_389]
generic "a. An organizational plan for the administrative and technical structure of the activity and the nec" [ref_390]

listitem "The number of transport vehicles required to practice the activity." [ref_392]
listitem "The number and specializations of the technical staff for operation and maintenance." [ref_393]
listitem "The organizational plan of the headquarters for carrying out the activity in maintenance workshops." [ref_394]
listitem "Provide the Authority with the locations of the Stations, and the necessary facilities and services " [ref_395]
generic "2. Licensing for a Legal Person:" [ref_396]
generic "Companies may be established to practice Land Transport activities (as a legal person) in accordance" [ref_397]
generic "a. The company shall be established in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law." [ref_398]
generic "b. A copy of the commercial license shall be submitted (after the competent employee has reviewed th" [ref_399]
generic "c. A request for a License shall be submitted on the Form prepared for this purpose by the Authority" [ref_400]
generic "d. Obtain approvals from the Competent Authorities for licensing." [ref_401]
generic "e. The transport activity/activities for which the License is requested and which it intends to carr" [ref_402]
generic "f. The type of transport for which the License is requested, whether inter-Emirates, international, " [ref_403]
generic "g. Provide proof of the availability of a suitable site(s) for practicing the activity, equipped in " [ref_404]
generic "h. Provide proof of ownership of the Means of Transport, or submit lease contracts for their accredi" [ref_405]
generic "i. The specifications of the Means of Land Transport in terms of dimensions, loads, weights, and the" [ref_406]
generic "j. Payment of the prescribed Fees." [ref_407]
generic "k. Obtain an Operating Card for each means of transport in accordance with the provisions of this Re" [ref_408]
generic "l. The legal person shall submit the following documents:" [ref_409]
generic "1. A copy of the memorandum of association after the competent employee has examined the original an" [ref_410]
generic "2. A statement indicating the number of means of transport owned or operated by the legal person." [ref_411]
generic "3. The special power of attorney for the person in charge and the specimen signature approval." [ref_412]
generic "4. In the event that the legal person is an operator (lessee) of the Means of Transport, it shall su" [ref_413]
generic "5. Obtain approvals from the competent local authorities." [ref_414]
generic "6. An organizational plan for the administrative and technical structure of the activity and the nec" [ref_415]
