Cabinet Resolution No. (13) of 2022 Regarding Approving the List of Terrorist Persons and Organizations
The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution; and
- Federal Law No. (7) of 2014, on Combatting Terrorist Crimes; and
- Cabinet Resolution No. (47) of 2020, Concerning the List of terrorists and implementation of UN Security Council Resolution relating to Preventing and Countering Financing Terrorism and Leveraging Non-proliferation, and the relevant resolutions; and
- Based upon the proposal submitted by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Presidential Affairs, and the Cabinet's approval,
Decided:
Article (1)
The two lists of terrorist persons and organizations, annexed to this resolution, are hereby approved.
Article (2)
This resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of its date of issuance.
