Pursuant to Law No. (8) of 2018 establishing the
Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT
Abu Dhabi) with a mandate to develop the tourism
industry in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the Decision No.
(54) of 2016 by the Chairman of the Executive Council
regarding the Events Licensing System in the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi, and the Resolution No. (11) of 2019 by the
Chairman of DCT Abu Dhabi about the process of
implementing the Events Licensing System in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi and in line with the Department’s
commitment to enhancing the quality of the tourism
experience and developing the events sector, please be
advised of the following:
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺇﻧﺷﺎء ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ8ﺍﺳﺗﻧﺎﺩﺍ ً ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﺣﻛﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﺗﺿﻣﻧﻪ ﻣﻥ ﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ 2016 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ54ﻟﻺﻣﺎﺭﺓ، ﻭﺇﻟﻰ ﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﻠﺱ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫﻱ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ –
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺁﻟﻳﺔ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ 2019 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ11ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺍﻹﻣﺎﺭﺓ، ﻭﺍﻧﻁﻼﻗﺎ ً ﻣﻥ ﺣﺭﺹ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻌﺯﻳﺯ ﺟﻭﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﺟﺭﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﺗﻁﻭﻳﺭ
ﻗﻁﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ، ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ:
Effective immediately, school students within the UAE
under the age of 18 will be exempted from applying for
individual entertainment permits when participating in
events as performers or within artistic shows, subject to
the following conditions:
ﺍﻋﺗﺑﺎﺭﺍ ً ﻣﻥ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺧﻪ، ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺍﺳﺗﺛﻧﺎء ﻁﻠﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﺍﺭﺱ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ، ﻣﻣﻥ ﺗﻘﻝ ﺃﻋﻣﺎﺭﻫﻡ
ﺳﻧﺔ، ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﺻﺎﺭﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﻳﺔ، ﻋﻧﺩ ﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﺗﻬﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ 18 ﻋﻥ
ﻛﻣﺅﺩﻳﻥ ﺃﻭ ﺿﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﻭﺽ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﻳﺔ، ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﺿﻭﺍﺑﻁ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﻟﻳﺔ:
1. An official letter from the school must be submitted
indicating the number of students, a name list, and
written confirmation of parental consent for participation.
ﺇﺭﻓﺎﻕ ﺧﻁﺎﺏ ﺭﺳﻣﻲ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﺭﺳﺔ ﻳﺗﺿﻣﻥ ﻋﺩﺩ ﺍﻟﻁﻠﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﻳﻥ، ﻭﻗﺎﺋﻣﺔ .1
ﺑﺄﺳﻣﺎﺋﻬﻡ، ﻭﺇﻗﺭﺍﺭﺍ ً ﺑﻌﺩﻡ ﻣﻣﺎﻧﻌﺔ ﺃﻭﻟﻳﺎء ﺍﻷﻣﻭﺭ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﺗﻬﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ.
2. The organiser must submit all required data and
documents through the Events Licensing System when
applying for an event permit.
ﺗﻠﺗﺯﻡ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﻅﻣﺔ ﺑﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ، ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺭﻓﻘﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻁﻠﻭﺑﺔ ﻋﻧﺩ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ .2
ﻁﻠﺏ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺗﺻﺭﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﻓﻳﻬﻲ ﻋﺑﺭ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ.
3. The organiser shall comply with all system
requirements related to participants under 21 years of
age, in accordance with applicable regulations.

ﻋﺎﻣﺎ 21 ﺗﻠﺗﺯﻡ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﻅﻣﺔ ﺑﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﻳﻥ ﺩﻭﻥ .3
ﺣﺳﺏ ﺍﻷﻧﻅﻣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻭﺍﺋﺢ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻣﻭﻝ ﺑﻬﺎ.
4. Individuals below the legal age are strictly prohibited
from participating in any event hosted inside nightclubs.
ﻳُﻣﻧﻊ ﻣﻧﻌﺎ ً ﺑﺎﺗﺎ ً ﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻫﻡ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺳﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻧﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻱ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﺗُﻘﺎﻡ ﺩﺍﺧﻝ .4
ﺍﻟﻧﻭﺍﺩﻱ ﺍﻟﻠﻳﻠﻳﺔ.

compliance may result in enforcement actions and
penalties under applicable legislation.

ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﺗﺟﻧﺑﺎ ً ﻻﺗﺧﺎﺫ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻧﻳﺔ ﺑﺣﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺎﻟﻔﻳﻥ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﺷﺭﻳﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻣﻭﻝ
