Subject: Smart Hub Electronic System ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺳﻣﺎﺭﺕ ﻫﺏ ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
Pursuant to law no. (8) of 2018 for the establishment of
the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi
(DCT Abu Dhabi), and law No. (13) of 2006 and its
resolutions for the monitoring of tourism and hospitality
establishments in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, kindly note
some of the relevant regulations and guidelines
associated with water hygiene parameters are listed
below:
ﺑﺈﻧﺷﺎء ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭ ﻅﺑﻲ، 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ8ﺑﻣﻭﺟﺏ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﺭﻗﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ 2006 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ13ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ، ﻭﺍﻧﻁﻼﻗﺎ ً ﻣﻥ ﺩﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻣﺛﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ
ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺑﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳﺭ ﺳﻼﻣﺔ ﻭﺻﺣﺔ ﻭﻧﻅﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ، ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻳﺗﻌﻳﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ
ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺭﺍﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﻟﻳﺔ:

COP of water storage tank & drinking water.

pertaining to water storage tanks.

ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻼﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ26ﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﻱ ﺭﻗﻡ ) .3
ﻟﺧﺯﺍﻧﺎﺕ ﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﺷﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺈﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ.
In order to streamline and monitor all water-related
services in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi
Municipality has created an online portal where any
specialized company providing water hygiene services
is required to ensure its registration on Smart Hub.
ﻭﻣﻥ ﺃﺟﻝ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﺃﻧﺷﺄﺕ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ
" ، ﻟﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﻭﻗﻳﺩ ﻛﺎﻓﺔﺳﻣﺎﺭﺕ ﻫﺏ ﺍﻟﺑﻠﺩﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻧﻘﻝ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺍﻟﺑﻭﺍﺑﺔ ﺍﻻﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻳﺔ "
ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﺧﺻﺻﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺟﺎﻝ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﻧﻅﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ.
Hotel establishments are required to ensure they only
acquire the services from water hygiene vendors who
are registered on Smart Hub. Please note that Abu
Dhabi Municipality will continue to carry out inspections
for water hygiene requirements at your respective pools
and water tanks to verify the same.
ﻭﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻌﺎﻣﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻗﺩ ﻣﻊ ﺷﺭﻛﺎﺕ ﻧﻅﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺟﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ
ﻓﻘﻁ. ﻛﻣﺎ ﺳﺗﺗﻭﻟﻰ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺑﻠﺩﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻧﻘﻝ ﺍﻟﺗﻔﺗﻳﺵ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﺣﻭﺍﺽ ﺳﻣﺎﺭﺕ ﻫﺏ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ
ﻭﺧﺯﺍﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺷﺭﻳﻌﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ ﺑﺷﺎﻥ ﺫﻟﻙ .
Kindly find below examples of water hygiene services:
Water testing
Provision of drinking water not available for sale.
Tank cleaning.
Any additional water-related services.
