Subject: Launch of the latest Event ticketing System ﺇﻁﻼﻕ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣُﺣﺩّﺙ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
Pursuant to Law No. (8) of 2018 establishing the
Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT
Abu Dhabi) with a mandate to develop the tourism
industry in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and upon the
Executive Council’s Chairman Resolution No. 54/2016
on the events licensing system in Abu Dhabi, and upon
DCT Abu Dhabi’s Chairman Resolution No. 11/2019
relating to the application mechanism of the events
licensing system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through the
tasks assigned to DCT Abu Dhabi.
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺇﻧﺷﺎء ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ8ﺑﻧﺎء ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻧﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ

ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺁﻟﻳﺔ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ 2019 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ11ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻘﻳﺎﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ.

ticketing system for events in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

Accordingly, we would like to emphasize the following:
ﻧﺣﻳﻁﻛﻡ ﻋﻠﻣﺎ ً ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺗﻡ ﺇﻁﻼﻕ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻲ ﻟﻠﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ
ﻭﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﻧﻭﺩ ﺍﻥ ﻧﺅﻛﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ: 20/12/2024 ﺍﻟﻣُﺣﺩﺙ ﺑﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ
• Emphasizing the importance of venue owners, event
organizers, and ticket-selling companies adhering to the
requirement of registering all event tickets through the
Event Ticketing System to ensure compliance with
regulatory controls.
ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﻳﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻫﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﻣﻼﻙ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﻭﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺷﺭﻛﺎﺕ ﺑﻳﻊ •
ﺍﻟﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺑﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻋﺑﺭ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻟﺿﻣﺎﻥ
ﺍﻻﻣﺗﺛﺎﻝ ﻟﻠﺿﻭﺍﺑﻁ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻅﻳﻣﻳﺔ.
• All ticket-selling companies must expedite the
completion of the electronic linkage process in the Event
Ticketing System, as this linkage is mandatory.
ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺷﺭﻛﺎﺕ ﺑﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻹﺳﺭﺍﻉ ﻓﻲ ﺍﺳﺗﻛﻣﺎﻝ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺭﺑﻁ •
ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ، ﺣﻳﺙ ﻳُﻌﺩ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺭﺑﻁ ﺇﻟﺯﺍﻣﻳًﺎ.
• Advertising, promoting, or marketing event tickets
without prior registration in the Event Ticketing System is
prohibited.
ﻳﻣﻧﻊ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻥ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﻭﻳﺞ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺗﺳﻭﻳﻖ ﻟﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺑﻖ •
ﻓﻲ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ.
• All ticket-selling companies are requested to begin
the electronic integration procedures in the system and
working with the IT department to ensure the actual start
of the electronic linking process.
ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﻣﻥ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺷﺭﻛﺎﺕ ﺑﻳﻊ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺑﺩء ﻓﻲ ﺇﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺭﺑﻁ •
ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﻣﻊ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺗﻘﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﻟﻠﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺑﺩء ﺍﻟﻔﻌﻠﻲ
ﻟﻌﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺭﺑﻁ ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻲ.
• If the electronic integration procedures are not
initiated, and the linkage requirements are not complied
with, approvals for event licenses will be suspended
after the specified deadline, starting from 15/6/2025 in
accordance with regulatory controls.
ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﺑﺩء ﻓﻲ ﺇﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺭﺑﻁ ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻲ ﻭﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﻻﻣﺗﺛﺎﻝ •
ﻟﻣﺗﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺭﺑﻁ ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺇﻳﻘﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻘﺎﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺭﺍﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺍﻧﺗﻬﺎء ﺍﻟﻣﻬﻠﺔ
ﻭﻓﻘًﺎ ﻟﻠﺿﻭﺍﺑﻁ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻅﻳﻣﻳﺔ. 15/6/2025 ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺩﺩﺓ ﺍﻋﺗﺑﺎﺭًﺍ ﻣﻥ
• Ensure all data is entered correctly, including ticket
quantities, prices, and updates before the event ends. In
case of auditing and finding any errors in this data, the
ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﺩﺧﺎﻝ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﻭﻳﺷﻣﻝ ﺫﻟﻙ ﺃﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﻭﺃﺳﻌﺎﺭﻫﺎ •
ﻭﺗﺣﺩﻳﺛﻬﺎ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻧﺗﻬﺎء ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ، ﻭﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﺩﻗﻳﻖ ﻭﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﺧﻁﺄ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ
ﺳﻭﻑ ﻳﺗﻡ ﺍﺗﺧﺎﺫ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ.

Please note that events will be inspected by inspectors
from the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu
Dhabi to ensure compliance with all these procedures.
ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﻔﺗﻳﺵ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﻣﻔﺗﺷﻲ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ –
ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻻﻣﺗﺛﺎﻝ ﻟﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ.
Cooperation with the department's inspectors when they
visit the event site is necessary, along with providing all
the required support.
