Subject: Hotel Establishments Guidelines and
instructions Updates
ﻟﻠﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻣﺳﺗﺟﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﺭﺷﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19), the Department of Culture and Tourism —
Abu Dhabi is instructing all tourism establishments in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi to comply with the following
guidelines and instructions:
( ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ19)ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ- ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ
ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ، ﺗﻭﺟﻪ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ
ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺑﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ
ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻹﺭﺷﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭ ﺇﻟﻳﻬﺎ ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ:
- Temporary closure for all gyms, swimming pools and
private beaches and gardens within the tourism
establishment’s premises.
- Limit accommodating guests in restaurants and coffee
bars along with any area serving food and beverages to
a maximum of 20% guest capacity for any of these
areas while considering the below:
- Social distancing implementation (minimum 2 metres).
- Perform overall disinfection treatments and follow
sterilisation protocols for facilities while guests are
occupying these facilities.

ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺣﺩﺍﺋﻖ ﺇﻥ ﻭﺟﺩﺕ.
- ﺗﻘﻧﻳﻥ ﻋﻣﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﻁﺎﻋﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻘﺎﻫﻲ ﻭﻣﻧﺎﻓﺫ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻁﻌﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻭﺍﺟﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ
% ﻓﻘﻁ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﺩﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻳﻌﺎﺑﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﻛﺎﻥ، ﻣﻊ ﻣﺭﺍﻋﺎﺓ20 ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺑﻣﺎﻻ ﻳﺯﻳﺩ ﻋﻥ
ﺍﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ:

details shared in previous circulars for the same matter.

safety of Abu Dhabi hotel guests and visitors, noting that
DCT Abu Dhabi inspectors will be visiting tourism
e s t a b l i s h m e n t s t o e n s u r e a d h e r e n c e t o t h e s e
instructions.
