Subject: Updates on Measures and Guidelines to
Comply with in the Tourism Sector
ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﺏ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻘﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺙ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:

Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19) issued by relevant entities, and in line with
efforts to sustain and support the tourism industry and
n a t i o n a l e c o n o m i c d e v e l o p m e n t , t a k i n g i n t o
consideration the importance of community and public
health and safety, all tourism establishments are
requested to comply with the below directions effective
from Monday 19/7/2021 until further notice:
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ
( ﻭﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ19ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ )ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-
ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺗﺻﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻲ، ﺑﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺗﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺃﻣﻥ ﻭﺳﻼﻣﺔ
ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ، ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺭﺩﺓ
:ﻭﺣﺗﻰ ﺇﺷﻌﺎﺭ ﺁﺧﺭ 19/7/2021 ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ ﺇﻋﺗﺑﺎﺭﺍ ً ﻣﻥ ﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻹﺛﻧﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻖ
S u s p e n d m o v e m e n t o f e s t a b l i s h m e n t s t a f f
members outside their premises to comply with the
National Sterlisation programme, which will be
active from 12 midnight until 5:00 am. Also,
suspend all operations of different outlets within
their premises at the same mentioned times.
ﻣﻧﻊ ﺣﺭﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﺧﺎﺭﺝ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ، ﻭﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺑﺭﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻲ ﻣﻥ
ﺻﺑﺎﺣﺎً، ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻋﺩﻡ 5 ﻣﻧﺗﺻﻑ ﺍﻟﻠﻳﻝ ﻭﺣﺗﻰ ﺍﻟﺳﺎﻋﺔ 12 ﺍﻟﺳﺎﻋﺔ
ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻧﻔﺱ ﺍﻟﻔﺗﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﺫﻛﻭﺭﺓ.
Reduce all operational occupancies in all tourism
establishments licensed under the tourism sector,
including the different outlets within hotel premises
t o 5 0 % , w i t h t h e e x c e p t i o n o f h o t e l r o o m s
occupancy. This reduction includes tourism
restaurants, gyms, spas, swimming pools and
private beaches.
ﺧﻔﺽ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻧﺳﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﺷﻐﻳﻠﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺿﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ
ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﻋﺎﻡ ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﻣﻭﻟﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺿﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ
ﻭﻳﺷﻣﻝ ﺫﻟﻙ ﺍﻟﺗﺧﻔﻳﺽ .% ﺑﺈﺳﺗﺛﻧﺎء ﺍﻟﻐﺭﻑ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ50 ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻧﺳﺑﺔ
ﻛﻝ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻁﺎﻋﻡ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺻﺎﻻﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻧﻭﺍﺩﻱ ﺍﻟﺭﻳﺎﺿﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻛﺯ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻳﺔ
ﻭﺃﺣﻭﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺳﺑﺎﺣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺷﻭﺍﻁﺊ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻘﻊ ﺟﻣﻳﻌﻬﺎ ﺿﻣﻥ ﻧﻁﺎﻕ
ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ.
Please note that hotels and tourism establishments will
be inspected by DCT Abu Dhabi's inspectors to verify
compliance with these instructions.
ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﻔﺗﻳﺵ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﻣﻔﺗﺷﻲ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ
ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ.

to avoid the legal measures that will be taken against
offenders according to the legislation in force.
