Subject: Guidelines and Instructions Regarding
Precautionary and Preventive Measures to Help Maintain
Public Health and Safety for Shops’ Walk-in Customers.
ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺇﺭﺷﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﺭﺍﺯﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
ﻟﻠﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺳﻼﻣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻣﺭﺗﺎﺩﻱ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﺟﺎﺭﻳﺔ.
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19); and the guidelines issued to reduce the
social gatherings in the shops; and pursuant
to Law No (8) 2018, establishing the
Department of Culture and Tourism– Abu Dhabi
with an overall objective to develop and improve Quality
standards of tourism industry in Abu Dhabi
Law No(8) 1976 regarding alcoholic beverage and its
modification.

ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻧﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ
ﻓﻲ ﺷﺄﻥ 1976 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ8ﻹﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﺑﺎﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ )

DCT Abu Dhabi instructs all retail shops and distribution
companies to abide with the following guidelines in
relation the precautionary and preventive measures to
help maintain public health and safety for shops’ walk-in
customers.
ﺗﻭﺟﻪ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺷﺭﻛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺯﻳﻊ ﻭﻣﺣﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﻊ
ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺟﺯﺋﺔ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺭﻭﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻛﺣﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ
ﻭﺍﻹﺭﺷﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭ ﺇﻟﻳﻬﺎ ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺳﻼﻣﺔ
.ﻭﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻣﺭﺗﺎﺩﻱ ﺷﺭﻛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺯﻳﻊ ﻭﻣﺣﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﻊ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺟﺯﺋﺔ
You are kindly requested to implement all sanitising and
cleaning procedures and measurements including but
not limited to:
ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻛﺭﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺇﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻧﻅﻳﻑ ﻭﺷﺭﻭﻁ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ
ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﻣﺳﺗﻣﺭ ﻋﻝ ﺳﺑﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺛﺎﻝ ﻻ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﺭ:
Store and storage cleaning and disinfection on a
regular basis.
Ensure to perform the necessary disinfection and
sterilization for liquor transfer vehicles.
Maintain high level of employees’ hygiene and
continual hand sanitising
Employees must wear gloves and facemasks at all
times.
Receive customers to a maximum of 30% of the
shops' capacity.
Place hand sanitisers at the shops’ entrances and
counters and emphasise customers should use it
prior to entering the shops.
Maintain social distancing standards at payment
counters with a minimum of two (2) meters distance
between one customer and the other.

ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻳﺩ ﺑﺈﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺧﻠﻲ ﻟﻠﻣﺭﻛﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻧﻘﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺭﻭﺑﺎﺕ
ﺍﻟﻛﺣﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﺳﺗﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﺷﺣﻧﺎﺕ.
ﺍﻟﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺳﺗﻭﻯ ﻋﺎﻝ ﻣﻥ ﻧﻅﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﻭﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻳﺩﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻣﺭ.
ﺍﺭﺗﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﻔﺎﺯﺍﺕ ﻭﻗﻧﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻭﺟﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻷﻭﻗﺎﺕ.
% ﻓﻘﻁ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﺩﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻳﻌﺎﺑﻳﺔ ﻟﻣﺣﻝ30 ﺍﺳﺗﻘﺑﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻼء ﺑﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺯﻳﺩ ﻋﻥ
ﺍﻟﺑﻳﻊ.
ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﻣﻌﻘﻡ ﻳﺩﻳﻥ ﻋﻧﺩ ﻣﺩﺧﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻝ ﻭﻋﻧﺩ ﻧﻘﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﻓﻊ ﻭﺣﺙ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻼء ﻋﻠﻰ

Dhabi inspectors will be visiting retail shops and
distribution companies to ensure adherence to these
instructions.
