Subject: Measures and Guidelines for Activating
Entertainers Permits (One-man Show)
ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﺏ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻘﻬﺎ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺇﺻﺩﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
ﺗﺻﺎﺭﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺎﻧﻳﻥ )ﻋﺭﺽ ﺍﻟﺷﺧﺹ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺣﺩ(
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19) issued by relevant entities, and in line with
efforts to sustain and support the tourism industry and
n a t i o n a l e c o n o m i c d e v e l o p m e n t , t a k i n g i n t o
consideration the importance of community and public
health and safety, please note that entertainment
permits are to be issued once again for selected
categories, as per the below:
Entertaiment permits will be issued for the following
categories only: pianist - oud player - guitarist -
player of any single musical instrument - singer –
DJ.
One artist to be allowed to perform at any one time
while other entertainers to perform individually after
each other.
Restrict the participation of entertainers to those
who had already been vaccinated.
Copy of the approved vaccination certificate issued
by the relevant entity to be attached with the
application through the system as a mandatory
requirement.
A negative, approved laboratory PCR test result
valid for one week is required for all entertainers
and venue staff members without exception as a
prerequisite.
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ
( ﻭﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ19ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ )ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-
ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺗﺻﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻲ، ﺑﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺗﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺃﻣﻥ ﻭﺳﻼﻣﺔ
ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ؛ ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺗﻘﺭﺭ ﺍﻟﺳﻣﺎﺡ ﺑﺈﺻﺩﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﺗﺻﺎﺭﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻔﺋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ
ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺎﻧﻳﻥ، ﺷﺭﻁ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ:
ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺇﺻﺩﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﺗﺻﺎﺭﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﻳﺔ ﻟﻌﺎﺯﻓﻲ ﺁﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﻭ، ﺍﻟﻌﻭﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﺟﻳﺗﺎﺭ ﻓﻘﻁ، ﺇﻟﻰ
ﺟﺎﻧﺏ ﺃﻱ ﻋﺎﺯﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺁﻟﺔ ﻓﺭﺩﻳﺔ، ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻐﻧﻲ ﻭﻣﻧﺳﻖ ﺍﻷﻏﺎﻧﻲ )ﺍﻟﺩﻱ ﺟﻲ(.
ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﻓﻧﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﺣﺩ ﻓﻘﻁ ﺃﺛﻧﺎء ﺍﻷﺩﺍء ﻭﻳﺳﻣﺢ ﺑﺄﺩﺍء ﺃﻱ ﻓﻧﺎﻥ ﺁﺧﺭ ﻓﻲ
ﻧﻔﺱ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻗﻊ ﻭﻟﻛﻥ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﻣﻧﻔﺭﺩ.
ﺍﻗﺗﺻﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﻳﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺎﻧﻳﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﺋﺔ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﺻﻠﻳﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻁﻌﻳﻡ.
ﻳﺷﺗﺭﻁ ﺇﺭﻓﺎﻕ ﻧﺳﺧﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﻁﻌﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺗﻣﺩﺓ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺗﺻﺔ
ﻋﻧﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﺻﺭﻳﺢ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻧﻅﺎﻡ.
ﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﻧﺗﻳﺟﺔ ﺳﻠﺑﻳﺔ ﻟﻔﺣﺹ ﺑﻲ ﺳﻲ ﺁﺭ ﻣﺧﺑﺭﻱ ﻣﻌﺗﻣﺩ، ﺻﺎﻟﺣﺔ ﻟﻣﺩﺓ

Thermal examination to be conducted on everyone
before entrance.
Comply with the allowed capacity of the venue as
p e r t h e p r e c a u t i o n a r y m e a s u r e s s e t b y t h e
Department of Cuture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi,
while adhering to social distancing, not to be less
than 2 metres between one person and another.
Take the necessary measures to avoid any
gatherings and crowds.
Entertainers will only be allowed to perform until
twelve o’clock at night.Also, due to the current
directions regarding the National Sterilisation
Programme, you are requested to make all
necessary arrangements to control the movement
of staff and entertainers in compliance with and for
the duration of the programme.
Ensure full compliance with all health and preventive
measures listed in the events guidelines set by the
Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi.
Please note that hotels and tourism establishments will
be inspected by the Department of Cuture and Tourism
– Abu Dhabi’s inspectors to verify compliance with these
instructions.
In case of any amendments to the above directions, you
shall be notified immediately via circular.
