Public Health and Safety
ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺇﺭﺷﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﺭﺍﺯﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
ﻟﻠﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺳﻼﻣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19), the Department of Culture and Tourism -
Abu Dhabi is instructing all Hotel and Tourism
Establishments in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to comply
with the following guidelines in relation to the
precautionary and preventive measures to help maintain
public health and safety in addition to all instructions
previously shared in this regard:
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﺭﺍﺯﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ
( ، ﺗﻭﺟﻪ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ19)ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-
ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺑﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻹﺭﺷﺎﺩﺍﺕ
ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻡ ﺗﻌﻣﻳﻣﻬﺎ ﻣﺳﺑﻘﺎ ً ﺑﻬﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺷﺄﻥ، ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭ ﺇﻟﻳﻬﺎ
ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ ﺑﻬﺩﻑ ﺍﻟﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺳﻼﻣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ:
1-Avoid and prevent Hotel and Tourism Establishment’s
employees from shaking hands.
- ﺍﻻﻣﺗﻧﺎﻉ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﺎﻓﺣﺔ ﺑﻳﻥ ﻣﻭﻅﻔﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻫﺫﻩ1
ﺍﻟﻔﺗﺭﺓ.
2-Assign specific employees to each Hotel and Tourism
Establishment, and refrain from rotating and transferring
said employees between other Hotel and Tourism
Establishments to avoid the risk of potential COVID-19
spread.
- ﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﻧﺗﻘﺎﻝ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻧﺎﻭﺏ ﻣﻭﻅﻔﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻣﺎ ﺑﻳﻥ ﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ2
ﺃﺧﺭﻯ، ﻣﻧﻌﺎ ً ﻻﻧﺗﺷﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ، ﺑﺣﻳﺙ ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﺗﺧﺻﻳﺹ ﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﻟﻛﻝ ﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ
ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﺩﺍﺋﻡ.
3- Implement and follow all sterilisation guidelines and
instructions as published by the Ministry of Health and
Prevention.
- ﺍﺗﺑﺎﻉ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻁﻬﻳﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻧﻅﻳﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻣﻥ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ3
ﻭﻭﻗﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ.
4-Provide personal protective equipment (PPE) for
cleaning and housekeeping staff within the Hotel and
Tourism Establishment.
- ﺗﺯﻭﻳﺩ ﻣﻭﻅﻔﻲ ﺍﻟﻧﻅﺎﻓﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﺑﺄﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﻟﺑﺎﺱ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﻳﺔ4
ﺍﻟﺷﺧﺻﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ.
5- Designate a dedicated area for all waste management
collection regularly (daily basis) and define its
associated responsibilities.
ﺍﻟﻧﻔﺎﻳﺎﺕ ﺑﺻﻔﺔ ﻣﺳﺗﻣﺭﺓ )ﻳﻭﻣﻳﺎً( ﻓﻲ ﻧﻘﻁﺔ ﻣﺣﺩﻭﺩﺓ ﻭﺗﺣﺩﻳﺩ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ - ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﺟﻣﻊ5
ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺅﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺫﻟﻙ.
6-Sterilise the Hotel and Tourism Establishment’s
laundry cleaning facilities whenever cloth and materials
received through, using the dedicated sterilisation
materials.
- ﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﻣﺻﺑﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﺩﻭﺭﻱ، ﻭﺑﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻋﻧﺩ ﺇﺣﺿﺎﺭ6
.ﺍﻟﻣﻼﺑﺱ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﺷﻑ ﻭﻏﻳﺭﻫﺎ، ﻋﺑﺭ ﺍﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﻅﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ
7- Change bed covers and sheets completely and
regularly for a period not exceeding 48 hours.
- ﺗﻐﻳﻳﺭ ﺃﻏﻁﻳﺔ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻔﺎﺭﺵ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﻛﺎﻣﻝ ﻭﺑﺎﺳﺗﻣﺭﺍﺭ، ﻭﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﺳﺗﻌﻣﺎﻟﻬﺎ ﻟﻣﺩﺓ7
.ﺳﺎﻋﺔ 48 ﺗﺯﻳﺩ ﻋﻥ
8- Collect all bed covers, sheets and towels and all
associated materials, package it and wash it in the
designated biological washing facilities regularly.
- ﺟﻣﻊ ﺃﻏﻁﻳﺔ ﺍﻷﺳﺭﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻔﺎﺭﺵ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﺷﻑ ﻭﻏﻳﺭﻫﺎ ﻭﺗﻐﻠﻳﻔﻬﺎ ﻭﻏﺳﻠﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ8
ﺍﻟﻣﻐﺎﺳﻝ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﻭﻟﻭﺟﻳﺔ ﺑﺻﻔﺔ ﻣﺳﺗﻣﺭﺓ.

9- Upon completion of quarantine services the Hotel and
Tourism Establishment must perform overall disinfection
treatments and follow sterilisation protocols for facilities
then notify DCT Abu Dhabi via the e-mail address
rmatiqi@dctabudhabi.ae.
- ﻋﻧﺩ ﺍﻻﻧﺗﻬﺎء ﻣﻥ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺣﺟﺭ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻲ، ﻳﻧﺑﻐﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻕ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ9

Your adherence is required to ensure the health and
safety of Abu Dhabi Hotel guests and visitors, noting that
DCT Abu Dhabi inspectors will be visiting Hotel and
Tourism Establishments to ensure adherence to these
instructions.

Kindly ensure compliance with the above mandatory
instructions. Legal measures will be taken against
violators according to applicable legislation.
