Highnesses, the Sheikhs
ﺍﻟﺑﺭﻭﺗﻭﻛﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻣﻲ ﻟﻠﺻﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻣﻳﺔ ﻷﺻﺣﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺳﻣﻭ ﺍﻟﺷﻳﻭﺥ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In accordance with the directives issued in regards to
the above subject, you must immediately update the
sequential arrangement of the official photos of Their
Highnesses as shown in the attachment document
effectively Monday 10 June 2024, and comply with the
below:
ﻭﻓﻘﺎ ً ﻟﻠﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺿﻭﻉ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ، ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻳﻛﻡ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺗﺣﺩﻳﺙ
ﺍﻟﺗﺭﺗﻳﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﺳﻠﺳﻠﻲ ﻟﻠﺻﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻣﻳﺔ ﻷﺻﺣﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺳﻣﻭ ﺍﻟﺷﻳﻭﺥ ﻛﻣﺎ ﻫﻭ ﻣﻭﺿﺢ ﻓﻲ
ﻛﻣﺎ .2024 ﻳﻭﻧﻳﻭ 10 ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻓﻖ ﻭﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﻓﻭﺭﻱ ﺑﺩءﺍ ً ﻣﻥ ﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻹﺛﻧﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻖ
ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﻵﺗﻲ:
• All pictures hung on the same wall must be the same
size.
ﻳﺟﺏ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻛﻭﻥ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺻﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻔﺱ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﺋﻁ ﺑﻧﻔﺱ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺎﺱ. •
• All picture frames must be made of the same
materials and in the same colours.
ﻳﺟﺏ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻛﻭﻥ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺇﻁﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺻﻭﺭ ﻣﻥ ﻧﻔﺱ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﺩ ﻭﺑﺎﻷﻟﻭﺍﻥ ﺫﺍﺗﻬﺎ. •
• Pictures must be clear and at eye level. ﻳﺟﺏ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻛﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺻﻭﺭ ﻭﺍﺿﺣﺔ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺳﺗﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﻧﻅﺭ. •
• Pictures should always be hung properly and evenly. ﻳﺟﺏ ﺩﺍﺋﻣﺎ ً ﺗﻌﻠﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺻﻭﺭ ﺑﻁﺭﻳﻘﺔ ﺳﻠﻳﻣﺔ ﻭﺑﺻﻭﺭﺓ ﻣﺗﺳﺎﻭﻳﺔ. •
• The entity’s logo and pictures must not be placed on
the same wall.
ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﺩﻡ ﻭﺿﻊ ﺷﻌﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺻﻭﺭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻔﺱ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﺋﻁ. •
• It is prohibited to modify images in any way. ﻳﺣُﻅﺭ ﺗﻌﺩﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﺻﻭﺭ ﺑﺄﻱ ﺷﻛﻝ ﻛﺎﻥ. •
• The approved order of images must not be changed. ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﺩﻡ ﺗﻐﻳﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﺗﻳﺏ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺗﻣﺩ ﻟﻠﺻﻭﺭ. •
• It is prohibited to use official photographs for
purposes other than those permitted in this booklet )
Example: (adornment cars or decorations in general).
ﻳﻣﻧﻊ ﺍﺳﺗﻌﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺻﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻣﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻏﻳﺭ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻌﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﺭﺡ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﺍ •
ﺍﻟﻛﺗﻳﺏ، ﻣﺛﺎﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻟﻙ )ﺗﺯﻳﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺯﻳﻧﺔ ﻋﻣﻭﻣﺎ(.

digital printing, it is recommended to use paper of this
