Subject: Events for non-Muslims ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻟﻐﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﻠﻣﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
Pursuant to Law No (8) of 2018 establishing the
Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) with a
mandate to develop the tourism industry in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and upon the Executive
Council’s Chairman Resolution no. 54 of 2016 on
the event licensing system in Abu Dhabi, and upon
DCT’s Chairman Resolution no. 11 of 2019 relating
to the application mechanism of the event licensing
system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through the
tasks assigned to DCT;
With reference to the directive issued by the
Department of Community Development (DCD)
regarding the religious venues and non- Muslim
communities of mechanism for organizing events s
in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, please be aware of
the following:
1. It is obligatory for any entity organizing any
events for non-Muslims in the emirate to complete
the attached form which must be approved by
concerned churchman in a registered church.
2. The validity of the approval issued for prayers
for non-Muslims shall be for a period not exceeding
6 months
3. Not holding private parties that contain religious
rituals except by churchman authorized by the
Department of Community Development and after
taking the necessary approvals through the events
licensing system.

ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻧﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ

ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺁﻟﻳﺔ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ 2019 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ11ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭ ﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻘﻳﺎﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ
ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ؛
ﻭﺑﺎﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻪ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭ ﻋﻥ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺁﻟﻳﺔ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ
ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺩﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﻌﺑﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﻟﻠﻁﻭﺍﺋﻑ ﻣﻥ ﻏﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﻠﻣﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ،
ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺎﻵﺗﻲ:
. ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻱ ﺟﻬﺔ ﺗﺭﻏﺏ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ ﺃﻱ ﻧﻭﻉ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻟﻐﻳﺭ1
ﺍﻟﻣﺳﻠﻣﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻹﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺗﻌﺑﺋﺔ ﺍﻹﺳﺗﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻓﻘﺔ ﻭﺇﻋﺗﻣﺎﺩﻫﺎ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ
