Subject: Updated preventive measures for attending
events and exhibitions
ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺙ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﺭﺍﺯﻳﺔ ﻟﺣﺿﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for coronavirus
(COVID-19) issued by relevant entities, and in line with
efforts to sustain and support the tourism industry and
n a t i o n a l e c o n o m i c d e v e l o p m e n t , t a k i n g i n t o
consideration the importance of community and public
health and safety, please note that the below update for
attending all kinds of events and exhibitions will be in
effect and is to be complied with from Friday 26
Novomber 2021 onwards. Therefore, all hotel and
tourism establishments, event organisers and owners,
museums, and cultural and entertainment venues are
r e q u e s t e d t o c o m p l y w i t h t h e b e l o w d i r e c t i o n s
accordingly:
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ
(، ﻭﺑﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ19ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ )ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-

ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ، ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺗﻡ ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺙ ﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺣﺿﻭﺭ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺃﻧﻭﺍﻉ
ﻧﻭﻓﻣﺑﺭ 26 ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺗﻡ ﺑﺩء ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﻓﻳﻬﺎ ﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺟﻣﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻖ
، ﻭﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺳﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ، ﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ2021

Indoor events and exhibitions: ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻛﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻐﻠﻘﺔ:
1. Use the Green Pass protocols. . ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻭﺭ ﺍﻷﺧﺿﺭ.1
2. Negative PCR test required which is not more than 96
hours old.

3. EDE test at all entry points (thermal scanning can be
replaced with EDE or remain in place).

5. Exempt international visitors and participants who are
not vaccinated from the green pass, negative PCR test
which is not more 48 hours old is required (citizens and
residents are not included).

attendees does not exceed 100 in indoor halls.

ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺧﻠﻳﺔ.
2. Operating capacity is set to 60%, the number of
attendees does not exceed 300 outdoors.
ﺷﺧﺹ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺎﺣﺎﺕ 300 % ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻻﻳﺗﺟﺎﻭﺯ ﺍﻟﻌﺩﺩ60 . ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﻧﺳﺑﺔ2
ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺭﺟﻳﺔ )ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻛﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻔﺗﻭﺣﺔ(.
3. Operating capacity is set to 60%, the number of

Please note that the above mentioned establishments
will be checked by DCT Abu Dhabi's inspectors to verify
compliance with these instructions.
