Subject: Updated measures for hosting indoor and
outdoor social events
ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻛﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻐﻠﻘﺔ ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺙ ﺷﺭﻭﻁ ﺇﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﺳﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻌﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:

Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for coronavirus
(COVID-19) issued by relevant entities, and in line with
efforts to sustain and support the tourism industry and
n a t i o n a l e c o n o m i c d e v e l o p m e n t , t a k i n g i n t o
consideration the importance of community and public
health and safety, please note that the below update for
attending indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and
other social events will be in effect and is to be complied
with from Monday 27 December 2021 onwards.
Therefore, all hotel and tourism establishments, event
organisers and venue owners are requested to comply
with the below directions accordingly:
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﺭﺍﺯﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ
( ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ، ﻭﺩﻋﻣﺎ ً ﻟﻠﻘﻁﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺗﺻﺎﺩ19)ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-
ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻲ، ﺑﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺗﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺃﻣﻥ ﻭﺳﻼﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ، ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ
ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻛﻥ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺗﻡ ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺙ ﺷﺭﻭﻁ ﺩﺧﻭﻝ ﺣﻔﻼﺕ ﺍﻷﻋﺭﺍﺱ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﺳﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻌﻳﺔ
ﺩﻳﺳﻣﺑﺭ 27 ﺍﻟﻣﻐﻠﻘﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻔﺗﻭﺣﺔ، ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺗﻡ ﺑﺩء ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻹﺛﻧﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻖ
. ﻭﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺳﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ، ﻭﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ2021
ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﻼﻙ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺭﺩﺓ ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ ﻣﻥ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺧﻪ:
1. Indoor events: Operating the site to not exceed 60%
of the capacity and ensuring the number of attendees
does not exceed 50.
: ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻗﻊ ﺑﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﻻﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻛﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻐﻠﻘﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺧﻠﻳﺔ .1
ﺷﺧﺻﺎً. 50 % ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺳﻌﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻳﻌﺎﺑﻳﺔ، ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻻ ﻳﺗﺟﺎﻭﺯ ﻋﺩﺩ ﺍﻟﺣﺿﻭﺭ60 ﺗﺗﺟﺎﻭﺯ
2. Outdoor events: Operating the site to not exceed
60% of the capacity and ensuring the number of
attendees does not exceed 150.
: ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻗﻊ ﺑﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﻻﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻛﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻔﺗﻭﺣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺭﺟﻳﺔ .2
150 % ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺳﻌﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻳﻌﺎﺑﻳﺔ، ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻻ ﻳﺗﺟﺎﻭﺯ ﻋﺩﺩ ﺍﻟﺣﺿﻭﺭ60 ﺗﺗﺟﺎﻭﺯ
ﺷﺧﺻﺎً.
3. Use the Green Pass protocols. . ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻭﺭ ﺍﻷﺧﺿﺭ.3
4. Negative PCR test required which is not more than 48
hours old.

5. Wearing face masks and observing physical
distancing protocols.
. ﻣﺭﺍﻋﺎﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﺭﺗﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﻛﻣﺎﻡ ﻭﺇﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﺑﺎﻋﺩ ﺍﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﻲ.5
Please note that the above mentioned establishments
will be checked by DCT Abu Dhabi's inspectors to verify
compliance with these instructions.
ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﻔﺗﻳﺵ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺫﻛﻭﺭﺓ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﻣﻔﺗﺷﻲ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ
ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ.

offenders according to the legislation in force.
