Subject: Protocol of New Year’s Eve Events ﺍﻟﺑﺭﻭﺗﻭﻛﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺹ ﺑﺣﻔﻼﺕ ﺭﺃﺱ ﺍﻟﺳﻧﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﻼﺩﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for coronavirus
(COVID-19) issued by relevant entities, and in line with
efforts to sustain and support the tourism industry and
n a t i o n a l e c o n o m i c d e v e l o p m e n t , t a k i n g i n t o
consideration the importance of community and public
health and safety, please note that all hotel and tourism
establishments, event organisers, venue owners,
museums and cultural and leisure venues are requested
to comply with the below directions accordingly:
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ
(، ﻭﺑﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ19ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ )ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-
ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺗﺻﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻲ، ﺑﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺗﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺃﻣﻥ ﻭﺳﻼﻣﺔ
ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ، ﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ، ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ
ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﻼﻙ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻋﺎﺕ، ﺍﻟﻣﺗﺎﺣﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺭﻓﻳﻬﻳﺔ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ
ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺭﺩﺓ ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ ﻣﻥ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺧﻪ:
1. Use the Green Pass protocols. . ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻭﺭ ﺍﻷﺧﺿﺭ.1

3. Enforce mandatory wearing of face masks. . ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺈﺭﺗﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﻛﻣﺎﻡ3
4. Negative PCR test no more than 96 hours old is
required.

5. Operate the site to not exceed 60% of the capacity. % ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻳﻌﺎﺑﻳﺔ ﻓﻘﻁ.60 . ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ5
6. Adhere to physical distancing measures (1.5
metres).

7. Define clear entry/exit process for the site. . ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ ﺃﻟﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﺧﻭﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﺧﺭﻭﺝ ﻟﻠﻣﻭﻗﻊ.7
8. Sanitisers to be provided. . ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﻣﻌﻘﻣﺎﺕ.8
9. Conduct regular disinfection and sanitisation. . ﺍﻟﺗﻁﻬﻳﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﻣﺳﺗﻣﺭ.9
10. Form work forces from the concerned organising
e n t i t y t o e n s u r e c o m p l i a n c e w i t h a l l s p e c i f i e d
procedures.

ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺩﺩﺓ.
11. Families are allowed to sit together without the need
for physical distancing.

Please note that the above mentioned establishments
will be checked by DCT Abu Dhabi's inspectors to verify
compliance with these instructions.
