Subject: Remote Events Licences ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻋﻥ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
Pursuant to Law No (8) of 2018, establishing the
Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT
Abu Dhabi) with a mandate to develop the tourism
industry in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and upon the
Executive Council’s Chairman Resolution No. (54) of
2016 on the event licensing system in Abu Dhabi, and
upon DCT Abu Dhabi’s Chairman Resolution No. (11) of
2019 relating to the application mechanism of the event
licensing system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through the
tasks assigned to DCT Abu Dhabi;
I n l i n e w i t h t h e p r e v e n t a t i v e m e a s u r e s f o r
Coronavirus (COVID-19), DCT Abu Dhabi is instructing
all tourism establishments in Abu Dhabi Emirate with the
following:
Remote events from Sunday 17/05/2020 onwards,
including conferences, workshops and training courses,
will be permitted provided that permission is applied for
through the events licensing system for the required
licences for the events and all speakers, while
considering the following:
Attach the agenda showing details of the event,
such as date, time, place, and address with an
undertaking letter that the event will be held
remotely and there will be no gathering.
Attach required speakers’ documents to obtain the
necessary approvals.
Attach the requested trainers’ certificates from Abu
Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational
Education & Training.
We would also like to emphasise that these licences
should not be used for events with gatherings, and that
a l l e v e n t s m u s t b e h e l d r e m o t e l y , t a k i n g i n t o
consideration the health and safety requirements of the
previous Coronavirus circulars.

ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻧﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ

ﻣﻊ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ: ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﺍﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺗﺣﺩﺛﻳﻥ
ﺇﺭﻓﺎﻕ ﺃﺟﻧﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻣﺑﻳﻥ ﻓﻳﻬﺎ ﺗﻔﺎﺻﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﻣﺛﻝ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﻭﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ
ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻊ ﺗﻌﻬﺩ ﺑﺄﻥ ﺗﻛﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻋﻥ ﺑﻌﺩ ﻭﻻ ﻳﻭﺟﺩ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺗﺟﻣﻊ.
ﺇﺭﻓﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻧﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﺗﺣﺩﺙ ﻷﺧﺫ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻘﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ.
ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺇﺭﻓﺎﻕ ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﻣﺭﻛﺯ ﺍﺑﻭ ﻅﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺗﻌﻠﻳﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺩﺭﻳﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻧﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻬﻧﻲ.
ﻛﻣﺎ ﻧﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﻳﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﺳﺗﻐﻼﻝ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﺍﺧﻳﺹ ﻟﻌﻘﺩ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻳﻛﻭﻥ

compliance with these instructions.
