ﻗﻧﻭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺍﺻﻝ ﺑﻳﻥ ﻧﺯﻻء ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻭﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:

Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19), and in line with efforts to sustain and
support the tourism industry and national economic
development, taking into consideration the
importance of community and public health, and in
order to ensure offering the best service to hotel
guests during these current circumstances, the
Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi
( D C T A b u D h a b i ) i s i n s t r u c t i n g a l l h o t e l
establishments in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to
adhere to the following procedures:
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﺭﺍﺯﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ
(، ﻭﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ19ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ )ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-
ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺗﺻﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻲ، ﺑﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺗﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺃﻣﻥ ﻭﺳﻼﻣﺔ
ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ. ﻭﺣﺭﺻﺎ ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﺃﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺳﺗﻭﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺔ ﻟﻧﺯﻻء ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ
ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻷﻭﺿﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﺭﺍﻫﻧﺔ، ﺗﻭﺟّﻪ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ

ﺍﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ:
1- Provide a clear note for guests upon check-in at
the reception area showing the number of the Abu
Dhabi Government's call centre in case of any
inquiries or complaints against the service
provided. (800 555).
- ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﻣﻠﺻﻖ ﻭﺍﺿﺢ ﻟﻠﻧﺯﻻء ﻋﻧﺩ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺇﻧﻬﺎء ﺇﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺣﺟﺯ1
ﻭﺍﻟﺩﺧﻭﻝ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻧﻁﻘﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻘﺑﺎﻝ ﻳﻭﺿﺢ ﺍﻟﺭﻗﻡ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺹ ﺑﺎﻟﺑﻭﺍﺑﺔ ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻳﺔ
ﻟﺣﻛﻭﻣﺔ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﺃﻱ ﺍﺳﺗﻔﺳﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺃﻭ ﺷﻛﺎﻭﻯ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺔ

2- Ensure hotel TVs in guest rooms to have the
above mentioned data as the first screen once TV
is turned on.
- ﺑﺭﻣﺟﺔ ﺃﺟﻬﺯﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﻠﻔﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺻﺻﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺭﻑ ﺍﻟﻧﺯﻻء ﻟﺗﻛﻭﻥ ﺷﺎﺷﺔ2
ﺍﻟﻌﺭﺽ ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻰ ﻋﻧﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺗﺣﻣﻝ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﺿﻣﻧﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺑﻧﺩ ﺍﻟﺳﺎﺑﻖ.
The above guidelines and requirements shall be
applied, bearing in mind compliance with all other
circulars and requirements issued by other
relevant government agencies.
ﺗﻁﺑﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺫﻛﻭﺭﺓ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺭﺍﻋﺎﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﻛﺎﻓﺔ
ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺧﺭﻯ ﻭﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺣﻛﻭﻣﻳﺔ
ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ.

Please note that hotel establishments will be
inspected by DCT Abu Dhabi's inspectors to verify
compliance with these instructions.
