ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﺏ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻘﻬﺎ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:

In line with the preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19) issued by relevant entities, and in line with
efforts to sustain and support the tourism industry and
n a t i o n a l e c o n o m i c d e v e l o p m e n t , t a k i n g i n t o
consideration the importance of community and public
health and safety,
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ

According to the latest directions received from the
concerned government entities which announced the
end of the national sterilisation phase, which concluded
on Wednesday, 24 June 2020, we would like to start
with thanking your establishment, its management and
staff, for the efforts made to adhere and comply with the
instructions and precautionary procedures, which have
had the greatest impact on the success of the previous
phase.
ﻭﻭﻓﻘﺎ ً ﻟﻠﺗﻭﺟﻳﻪ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺃﻋﻠﻧﺕ ﺇﻧﺗﻬﺎء ﻣﺭﺣﻠﺔ
ﻓﺈﻧﻧﺎ ﺑﺩﺍﻳﺔ ، 2020 ﻳﻭﻧﻳﻭ 24 ﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻷﺭﺑﻌﺎء ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻲ ﺑﺩءﺍ ً ﻣﻥ
ﻧﺗﻘﺩﻡ ﻟﻛﻡ ﺑﺟﺯﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﺷﻛﺭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﺑﺫﻭﻟﺔ ﻟﻼﻣﺗﺛﺎﻝ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ
ﺍﻻﺣﺗﺭﺍﺯﻳﺔ ﻣﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻟﻪ ﺍﻷﺛﺭ ﺍﻷﻛﺑﺭ ﻓﻲ ﻧﺟﺎﺡ ﺗﻠﻙ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺣﻠﺔ.
Therefore, all Tourism Restaurants are allowed to
operate within their usual business hours as they were
prior to the national sterilisation period, while ensuring
full compliance with all the requirements and standards
stipulated earlier in terms of general requirements,
social distancing, crowed control and procedures for
employees, which are still compulsory to follow and be
adhered to, and they are as follows:
ﻭﻋﻠﻳﻪ، ﻓﻘﺩ ﺗﻘﺭﺭ ﺍﻟﺳﻣﺎﺡ ﻟﻠﻣﻁﺎﻋﻡ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺑﺈﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺳﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ
ﺍﻻﻋﺗﻳﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻌﻣﻭﻝ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻗﺑﻝ ﻓﺗﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻲ، ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺗﻡ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻘﻳﺩ

ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺑﺎﻋﺩ ﺍﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﻲ، ﻭﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺗﺟﻣﻌﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ، ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻲ
ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺹ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫﻫﺎ ﻭﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﺗﻬﺎﻭﻥ ﺑﻬﺎ، ﻭﻫﻲ ﻛﺎﻵﺗﻲ:
General Measurements:
Sterilise and clean the facilities on a regular basis
especially high touch points with customers, and
restrooms to be cleaned after each individual
usage, whiel ensuring that hand sanitisers are
provided at the facility entrance.
ﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ:
ﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺭﻱ ﻭﺑﺎﻷﺧﺹ ﺍﻟﻧﻘﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﻠﻣﺳﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺯﺑﺎﺋﻥ ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ
ﺇﻟﻰ ﺩﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺑﻌﺩ ﻛﻝ ﺍﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ. ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﻣﻌﻘﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻳﺩﻱ ﻋﻧﺩ
ﻛﻝ ﻣﺩﺧﻝ ﻟﻠﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ.
Define clear and separate entry and exit points,
ensure the facility has thermal cameras installed
within the space, along with sterilising equipment to
ensure each individual goes through the mandated
temperature 37.3 screening checks. This includes
staff, visitors, and contractors, ensuring the
integration of cameras with the National Emergency

Crisis and Disaster Management Authority system.
Dedicate mandatory isolation room to isolate
suspected cases and ensure a medical team is
available and on standby throughout operating
hours.
ﺗﺧﺻﻳﺹ ﻏﺭﻓﺔ ﻋﺯﻝ ﻣﻧﻔﺻﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺗﻭﺍﺟﺩ ﺃﻓﺭﺍﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺗﺑﻪ
ﺑﻬﺎ ﻣﻊ ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﻁﺎﻗﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﻌﻔﻳﻥ ﻁﻭﺍﻝ ﺳﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ.
All visitors are mandated to wear masks at all times.
Non-compliance by visitors will lead to refusal of
entry to the facilities.

Any food seasoning and condiments such as salt,
pepper, sugar, ketchup and mustard must be given
out in sachets and in single use packaging only.
This should be made Available only if requested by
guests re-useable containers are not to be used at
all times.

Perform ongoing and regular sanitisation work, this
includes tables, surfaces and chairs with (70%
alcohol disinfectant solution) after each customer
vacant the premises.
Restaurants are permitted to use reuse-able cutlery
and chinaware while ensuring appropriate cleaning
a n d s a n i t i z i n g r e g i m e i s f o l l o w e d b y u s i n g
dishwasher.

ﻏﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﺍﻧﻲ. ﻓﻲ
Ensure availability of dedicated cleaners in
restrooms to sanitise restrooms after every
individual use, and ensure regular sanitising of all
entrances and surfaces considered to be frequent
contact points.

Encourage customers to use ‘smart’ payments as a
p r e f e r r e d m e t h o d t o r e d u c e c o n t a c t s a n d
contamination, while cash payments are still valid
and should not be rejected, ensuring of hand
sanitisers are provided at the payment counters.

Suspend all valet parking services during this
period.
