ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﺏ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻘﻬﺎ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:

Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19) issued by relevant entities, and in line with
efforts to sustain and support the tourism industry and
n a t i o n a l e c o n o m i c d e v e l o p m e n t , t a k i n g i n t o
consideration the importance of community and public
health, the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu
Dhabi would like to inform all hotel establishments in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi that sport activities will be
permitted in establishments starting from Wednesday, 1
July 2020, whilst ensuring adherence to the directions
and conditions mentioned below.
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ
( ﻭﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ19ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ )ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-

ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻠﺗﺯﻡ ﺟﻣﻳﻌﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻘﻳﺩ 2020 ﻳﻭﻟﻳﻭ 1 ﺍﺑﺗﺩﺍء ً ﻣﻥ ﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻷﺭﺑﻌﺎء ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻖ
ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺫﻛﻭﺭﺓ ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ:
Venue guidelines to be displayed upon arrival. ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﺭﺽ ﺇﺭﺷﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﻧﺩ ﺍﻟﻭﺻﻭﻝ.
Undertaking to be signed by visitors to ensure
commitment towards adhering to precautionary
measures.
ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻬﺩ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻭﻗﻳﻊ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺭ ﻟﺿﻣﺎﻥ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ.
All staff and trainers should undergo COVID-19
testing prior to reopening, and all staff to have a
COVID-19 test on bi-weekly basis.
ﻟﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ 19ﻳﺟﺏ ﺇﺟﺭﺍء ﻓﺣﺹ ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ -

All staff and trainers shall resume working after
receiving the COVID-19 results as negative.
ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺩﺭﺑﻳﻥ ﺍﺳﺗﺋﻧﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺗﻠﻘﻲ ﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ

Temperature screening by thermal camera or
handheld infrared thermometer must be done to all
individuals before entering the facilities.
ﻳﺟﺏ ﻓﺣﺹ ﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺍﺭﺓ ﺑﻭﺍﺳﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﻛﺷﻑ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺍﺭﻱ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻳﺯﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺍﺭﺓ
ﺑﺎﻷﺷﻌﺔ ﺗﺣﺕ ﺍﻟﺣﻣﺭﺍء ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻣﻭﻟﺔ ﻟﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻷﻓﺭﺍﺩ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺩﺧﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻓﻖ.
Dedicate a mandatory isolation room to isolate
suspected cases and ensure a medical team is
available on standby throughout operating hours.
ﺗﺧﺻﻳﺹ ﻏﺭﻓﺔ ﻋﺯﻝ ﻣﻧﻔﺻﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺗﻭﺍﺟﺩ ﺃﻓﺭﺍﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺗﺑﻪ
ﺑﻬﺎ ﻣﻊ ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﻁﺎﻗﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﻌﻔﻳﻥ ﻁﻭﺍﻝ ﺳﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ.
Every guest that has a body temperature of or
higher than 37.3 Degrees Celsius, should be
escorted to a designated isolation room in close
proximity to the main entrance and the “Estijaba”
service at the operation centre Department of

ﻭﻳﺟﺏ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﻧﺑﻳﻪ ﺧﺩﻣﺔ "ﺍﺳﺗﺟﺎﺑﺔ" ﻓﻲ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻠﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ

Health (800 1717) must be alerted in line with local
COVID-19 rules and regulations. If the individuals
wants to leave the hotel immediately this will be
allowed. Hotel should try to obtain ID and contact
details.
ﻭﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﻩ ﻣﺣﺎﻭﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻬﻭﻳﺔ ﻭﺗﻔﺎﺻﻳﻝ ﺍﻻﺗﺻﺎﻝ
ﺑﻬﻡ.
Guest, staff or contractor showing flu symptoms are
to be denied access to the hotel establishment
premises. With respect to in-house guests showing
symptoms, they should not be allowed out of the
room until medical checks have been cleared.
ﻳﻣﻧﻊ ﺍﻟﺿﻳﻭﻑ، ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻭﻥ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺎﻭﻟﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺫﻳﻥ ﺗﻅﻬﺭ ﻋﻠﻳﻬﻡ ﺃﻋﺭﺍﺽ

ﻳﺗﻡ ﺇﺧﻼء ﺍﻟﻔﺣﻭﺻﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻁﺑﻳﺔ.
Report any guest, staff or contractor who displays
flu symptoms to “Estijaba” service at the operation

Daily log to be maintained by a designated staff
member that lists all individuals that attend the
facility.

All visitors are required to bring their own towel. ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺭ ﺇﺣﺿﺎﺭ ﻣﻧﺷﻔﺔ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻬﻡ.

after playing (it is also recommended to wear a face
mask while playing if possible)

Ensure availability of hand sanitisers at various
locations inside the facility.

Entry must be restricted to the players only and no
extra guests or other family members to be
admitted.

Court intervals to be increased to allow players to
finish and leave the area before the next set of
players arrive and to allow for appropriate interval
for cleaning and disinfection interval after each
court booking.

All common surfaces, areas/high touch points must
be properly cleaned and disinfected using the
products and methods recommended by the
Department of Health Abu Dhabi.

Ensure cleaning and disinfection for all facilities
after daily duty timings.

Daily misting of disinfection solution must be
performed in all the operational areas.

Designated area for players’ bags and the area
m u s t b e c l e a n e d a n d d i s i n f e c t e d b e t w e e n
sessions.
ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺩ ﻣﻧﻁﻘﺔ ﻣﺧﺻﺻﺔ ﻟﺣﻘﺎﺋﺏ ﺍﻟﻼﻋﺑﻳﻥ ﻭﻳﺟﺏ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻑ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﻁﻘﺔ ﻭﺗﻌﻘﻳﻣﻬﺎ
ﺑﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﻠﺳﺎﺕ.
In case hotels are providing playing items, all the
equipment / rackets / tennis balls should be cleaned
and disinfected by dedicated cleaners after every
booking.
ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻗﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺑﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﺃﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻠﻌﺏ، ﻳﺟﺏ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻑ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺩﺍﺕ /
ﺍﻟﻣﺿﺎﺭﺏ / ﺍﻟﺗﻧﺱ ﻭﺍﻟﻛﺭﺍﺕ ﻭﺗﻌﻘﻳﻣﻬﺎ ﺑﻭﺍﺳﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺗﺹ ﺑﺎﻟﻧﻅﺎﻓﺔ
ﺑﻌﺩ ﻛﻝ ﺣﺟﺯ.
Recommendations to be shared with players to
bring extra shirts if they tend to perspire during play
and should change shirts periodically during a
session to avoid excess perspiration on the court.
