ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﺏ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻘﻬﺎ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻌﺩﺍﺩ ﻹﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:

Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19) issued by relevant entities, and in line with
efforts to sustain and support the tourism industry and
n a t i o n a l e c o n o m i c d e v e l o p m e n t , t a k i n g i n t o
consideration the importance of community and public
health, the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu
Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) is announcing that all excursion
boats operators in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi will be
a l l o w e d t o r e c o m m e n c e o p e r a t i o n s s t a r t i n g
from Thursday, 2 July 2020 on condition of complying
with and fulfilling the precautionary and preventive
measurements outlined below:
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ
( ﻭﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ19ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ )ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-

ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ،
ﺗﻭﺟّﻪ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ
ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺑﺈﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﻣﺯﺍﻭﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﺑﺩءﺍ ً ﻣﻥ ﻳﻭﻡ ﻭﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﻗﻭﺍﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻧﺯﻫﺔ
ﺷﺭﻳﻁﺔ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺿﺣﺔ ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ: 2020 ﻳﻭﻟﻳﻭ 2 ﺍﻟﺧﻣﻳﺱ
Maintain occupancy levels of 50% capacity or lower.
All visitors, staff and contractors are required to
w e a r m a s k s a n d g l o v e s a t a l l t i m e s . N o n -
compliance will lead to refusal of entry to the
facilities.
Establishments/craft must have thermal cameras
installed or hand-held Infrared thermometers
provided to ensure each person is going through
mandated thermal screening, noting entry shall be
denied for those of high temperature. This includes
staff, visitors, and contractors.
Every visitor that has a body temperature of 37.3
Degrees Celsius or higher, is to be escorted to a
designated isolation room in close proximity of the
main entrance and the “Estijaba” service at the
operation centre Department of Health (800 1717)
must be alerted in line with local COVID-19 rules
and regulations. If the person wants to leave the
facility immediately this will be allowed. Facility
staff/crew should try to obtain person's ID and
contact details to be sent to management.
Report any visitors, staff or contractors who display
flu symptoms to “Estijaba” service at the operation
centre Department of Health on 800 1717.

ﻓﻲ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻷﻭﻗﺎﺕ. ﺳﻳﺅﺩﻱ ﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﻻﻣﺗﺛﺎﻝ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺭﻓﺽ ﺍﻟﺩﺧﻭﻝ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻓﻖ.
ﻳﺟﺏ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻛﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﻣﺯﻭﺩﺓ ﺑﻛﺎﻣﻳﺭﺍﺕ ﺣﺭﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﻣﺛﺑﺗﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻟﺩﻳﻬﺎ ﻣﻘﻳﺎﺱ
ﺣﺭﺍﺭﺓ ﻳﺩﻭﻱ ﺑﺎﻷﺷﻌﺔ ﺗﺣﺕ ﺍﻟﺣﻣﺭﺍء ﻟﻠﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻛﻝ ﺷﺧﺹ ﻳﻣﺭ ﻋﺑﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﺣﺹ
ﻳﺟﺏ ﺭﻓﺽ ﺩﺧﻭﻝ ﺍﻷﺷﺧﺎﺹ ﺫﻭﻱ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺍﺭﻱ ﺍﻻﻟﺯﺍﻣﻲ، ﻣﻊ ﻣﻼﺣﻅﺔ ﺃﻧﻪ
ﺩﺭﺟﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ. ﻭﻫﺫﺍ ﻳﺷﻣﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻘﺎﻭﻟﻳﻥ.
ﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﻣﺋﻭﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻋﻠﻰ، ﻳﺗﻡ 37.3 ﻛﻝ ﺯﺍﺋﺭ ﻟﺩﻳﻪ ﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﺣﺭﺍﺭﺓ ﺟﺳﻡ
ﺍﺻﻁﺣﺎﺑﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻏﺭﻓﺔ ﻋﺯﻝ ﻣﺧﺻﺻﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻘﺭﺑﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﺧﻝ

Pre-screen staff and contractors at the beginning of
the shift (e.g. Take temperature and assess
symptoms prior to starting work).
All staff should undergo COVID-19 testing; staff to
have a COVID-19 test on bi-weekly basis.
All staff shall resume working after receiving the
COVID-19 results as negative.
All staff and visitors to practice physical distancing,
ensuring 2m clear distance between people.
Physical distancing markings of 2 metres should be
clearly defined on the floors where applicable.
Seating must be positioned as to respect the 2
metre distance rule.
Designate all entrances and exits, where possible
Encourage guests to use ‘smart’ payments as a
p r e f e r r e d m e t h o d t o r e d u c e c o n t a c t a n d
contamination while cash payments are still valid
and not to be rejected, and ensuring the installation
of hand sanitisers at payment counters.
No events, live entertainment, shows or parties
permitted.
All common surfaces, areas/touch points must be
properly cleaned and disinfected using the
products and methods recommended by the
Department of Health Abu Dhabi. Increase cleaning
frequency of high touch point areas; door handles,
reception areas, waiting chairs, tabletops, vending
machines, seating areas, F&B areas etc.
Dedicate cleaners for restrooms to clean and
sanitise after every use, ensure regular sanitising of
all entrances and surfaces considered to be a high
frequency contact surface.
Soap, sanitisers and disposable paper dispensers
must be checked on a regular basis to avoid any
absence in restrooms. In case of a breakage, they
must be replaced or repaired immediately.
Ensure availability of hand sanitisers, gloves and
masks at each entry point.
Chemicals use for disinfection must be approved
by International Environment Protection Authority
(EPA).
Perform ongoing and regular disinfection work
using approved disinfectants (biocides).
Life jackets to be disinfected after each use.
In case office space is shared, i.e. Control rooms
and service provider offices, disinfection of the
office must occur before the start of the work shift
and after the end of the work shift.

Proper air ventilation to be maintained according to

ﺍﻷﺭﺿﻳﺎﺕ ﺣﻳﺛﻣﺎ ﻳﻧﻁﺑﻖ ﺫﻟﻙ.
ﻣﺗﺭ. 2 ﻳﺟﺏ ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺎﻋﺩ ﺑﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻧﺎﺳﺏ ﻣﻊ ﻗﺎﻋﺩﺓ ﻣﺳﺎﻓﺔ
ﻣﺩﺍﺧﻝ ﻭﻣﺧﺎﺭﺝ ﻣﻧﻔﺻﻠﺔ، ﺣﻳﺛﻣﺎ ﺃﻣﻛﻥ. ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺩ
ﺗﺷﺟﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺿﻳﻭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ ﺗﻘﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﻓﻊ "ﺍﻟﺫﻛﻳﺔ" ﻛﻁﺭﻳﻘﺔ ﻣﻔﺿﻠﺔ ﻟﺗﻘﻠﻳﻝ
ﺇﻣﻛﺎﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻼﻣﺱ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻠﻭﺙ، ﺑﻳﻧﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﻓﻭﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻧﻘﺩﻳﺔ ﻻ ﺗﺯﺍﻝ ﺻﺎﻟﺣﺔ ﻭﻻ ﻳﺗﻡ
ﺭﻓﺿﻬﺎ، ﻭﺿﻣﺎﻥ ﺗﺭﻛﻳﺏ ﻣﻌﻘﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻳﺩ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺎﻭﻧﺗﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﻓﻊ.
ﻻ ﻳﺳﻣﺢ ﺑﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ ﺃﻳﺔ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ، ﺃﻭ ﻋﺭﻭﺽ ﺗﺭﻓﻳﻪ ﺣﻳّﺔ، ﺃﻭ ﺃﺩﺍءﺍﺕ ﺃﻭ ﺣﻔﻼﺕ.

ﺍﻷﺑﻭﺍﺏ، ﻭﻣﻧﺎﻁﻖ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻘﺑﺎﻝ ، ﻛﺭﺍﺳﻲ ﺍﻻﻧﺗﻅﺎﺭ ، ﺃﺳﻁﺢ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻭﻻﺕ، ﺁﻻﺕ
ﺍﻟﺑﻳﻊ، ﻣﻧﺎﻁﻖ ﺍﻟﺟﻠﻭﺱ، ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﻁﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺻﺻﺔ ﻟﻠﻁﻌﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺷﺭﻭﺑﺎﺕ... ﺍﻟﺦ(.
ﻟﺗﻧﻅﻳﻑ ﻭﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺣﻣﺎﻣﺎﺕ ﺑﻌﺩ ﻛﻝ ﺍﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ، ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﻣﻧﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﻣﺧﺻﺻﻳﻥ
ﻭﺿﻣﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻣﺭ ﻟﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﺍﺧﻝ ﻭﺍﻷﺳﻁﺢ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﺗﻛﺭﺭ ﻟﻣﺳﻬﺎ
ﺑﺎﺳﺗﻣﺭﺍﺭ.
ﻳﺟﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﺻﺎﺑﻭﻥ ﻭﻣﻌﻘﻡ ﻭﻭﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺎﺭﻡ ﺫﻭ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺣﺩ
