Subject: Reminder to adhere to Guidelines ﺗﺫﻛﻳﺭ ﺑﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺩﻟﻳﻝ ﺍﻻﺭﺷﺎﺩﻱ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19), and further to previous circulars issued by
the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi
(DCT Abu Dhabi) in regards to the precautionary
measures that must be complied with, DCT Abu Dhabi is
instructing all hotel establishments in the Emirate of Abu
Dhabi to comply with the below guidelines for all outlets
in the premises, and to ensure all staff members also
comply:

Hotel Front Desks:
Mandatory staff temperature check.
Monitor capacity restrictions.
Provision of dedicated isolation area.
Hotel guests to fill out a medical/health data form.
:ﺍﻟﻣﻛﺎﺗﺏ ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻣﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻔﻧﺩﻕ
ﺇﻟﺯﺍﻣﻳﺔ ﻓﺣﺹ ﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﺣﺭﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ.
ﻣﺭﺍﻗﺑﺔ ﻗﻳﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻳﻌﺎﺑﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺭﺍﻓﻖ.
ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﺃﻣﺎﻛﻥ ﻣﺧﺻﺻﺔ ﻟﻠﺣﺟﺭ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻲ.
ﺇﻟﺯﺍﻡ ﺿﻳﻭﻑ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻕ ﺑﺗﻌﺑﺋﺔ ﺍﺳﺗﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻁﺑﻳﺔ/ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻳﺔ.
Restaurants and cafés:
Schedule fixed times for dining.
Encourage in-room dining.
Customers who do not have a pre-bookings can be
accepted after the capacity limit is confirmed.
Maintain at least 2 metres between tables.

ﺍﻟﺗﺷﺟﻳﻊ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻧﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻁﻌﺎﻡ ﺩﺍﺧﻝ ﺍﻟﻐﺭﻑ.
ﻳﺗﻡ ﻗﺑﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺯﺑﺎﺋﻥ ﺍﻟﺫﻳﻥ ﻟﻳﺱ ﻟﺩﻳﻬﻡ ﺣﺟﺯ ﻣﺳﺑﻖ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺣﺩﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻗﺔ
ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻳﻌﺎﺑﻳﺔ.
ﺗﺭﻙ ﻣﺳﺎﻓﺔ ﻣﺗﺭﻳﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻗﻝ ﺑﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻭﻻﺕ.
Housekeeping:
All employees must wear masks and gloves.
Allow only two housekeeping staff members in a
room at a time.
Guests are not allowed to be in the room while the
room is being cleaned.
Continuous cleaning and sterilisation of contact
surfaces in facilities.

ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﺍﺭﺗﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﻛﻣﺎﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﻔﺎﺯﺍﺕ.
ﺍﻟﺳﻣﺎﺡ ﻟﻣﺩﺑﺭﺗﻳﻥ ﻓﻘﻁ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻭﺍﺟﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻐﺭﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺣﺩﺓ.
ﻏﻳﺭ ﻣﺳﻣﻭﺡ ﻟﻠﺿﻳﻭﻑ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺍﺟﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺩﺍﺧﻝ ﺍﻟﻐﺭﻓﺔ ﺃﺛﻧﺎء ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻑ
ﺍﻟﻐﺭﻑ.
ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻅﻳﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻣﺭ ﻷﺳﻁﺢ ﺍﻟﺗﻼﻣﺱ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻓﻖ.
Minibar/laundry unit:
Minibar services are not allowed in-room.
Encourage the use of single-use tools.
Separation and packaging of laundry during
transportation and delivery.
Mandatory temperature check for employees.

Salons / Beauty Centres:
Space between the chairs must not be less than 2
metres.
Permitted services are only hair and nails.
Sterilise equipment before and after each service.

ﻣﺗﺭ. 2 ﻳﺟﺏ ﺃﻻ ﺗﻘﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺎﺣﺔ ﺑﻳﻥ ﻛﺭﺍﺳﻲ ﺍﻟﺣﻼﻗﺔ ﻋﻥ
ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﻣﻭﺡ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻫﻲ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺷﻌﺭ ﻭﺍﻷﻅﺎﻓﺭ ﻓﻘﻁ.

Retail Stores:
Maintain a space not less than 4 square metres for
each person.
Maintain capacity limit restrictions.
Personal item samples are not allowed.
Ensure safe distance between shoppers who are
waiting.

Gyms and sports facilities:
• Adhere to public health guidelines and refer to all
sports-related guidelines.
ﺻﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻳﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﺭﻳﺎﺿﻳﺔ:

Facilities to Remain Closed:
Prayer rooms.
Spa/spa facilities including steam unit, sauna and
massage service.
Night clubs and bars.

The above guidelines and requirements shall be
applied, bearing in mind compliance with all other
circulars and requirements issued by other relevant
government agencies.

Please note that hotel establishments will be inspected
by DCT Abu Dhabi's inspectors to verify compliance
with these instructions.
