Subject: Procedures for dealing with positive COVID-
19 cases for travel agents, excursion boats and ships
renting and floating restaurants
ﻓﻲ ﻣﻛﺎﺗﺏ 19ﺇﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻣﻝ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﺑﻣﺭﺽ ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ- ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
ﺑﻳﻊ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﺳﻔﺭ، ﺗﺄﺟﻳﺭ ﻗﻭﺍﺭﺏ ﻭﺳﻔﻥ ﺍﻟﻧﺯﻫﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻁﺎﻋﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺋﻣﺔ
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19), and in line with efforts to sustain and
support the tourism industry and national economic
development, taking into consideration the importance of
community and public health, the Department of Culture
and Tourism - Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) is instructing
all tourism trips organizer, travel agents , excursion boats
and ships renting and floating restaurants in the Emirate
of Abu Dhabi to adhere to the following procedures,
issued from Abu Dhabi Health Centre regarding the
process for dealing with positive cases of COVID-19:
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﺭﺍﺯﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ
(، ﻭﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺗﺻﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻭﻁﻧﻲ، ﺑﻣﺎ ﻻ19)ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-

ﺗﻭﺟّﻪ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﺭﺣﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ، ﻣﻛﺎﺗﺏ

ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺿﺣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻣﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭ ﻣﻥ ﻣﺭﻛﺯ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺻﺣﺔ
ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ – ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ، ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﺏ ﺍﺗﺧﺎﺫﻫﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﺃﻳﺔ
:19 ﺇﺻﺎﺑﺎﺕ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ –
1-Isolate/transfer positive case employees and do not
allow a return to work until after full recovery, according
to the regulations of the Abu Dhabi Center for Public
Health - Department of Health.
- ﻋﺯﻝ/ﻧﻘﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﺎﺑﻳﻥ ﻭﻋﺩﻡ ﻋﻭﺩﺗﻬﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﺇﻻ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺷﻔﺎﺋﻬﻡ ﺣﺳﺏ1
ﺿﻭﺍﺑﻁ ﻣﺭﻛﺯ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ – ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ.
2- Quarantine all employees who came into contact with
the case for 14 days, and do not allow a return to work
until the completion of the specified time period with no
signs of symptoms. An epidemiological investigation
team should be notified if new symptoms appear at any
time during the quarantine.
- ﺣﺟﺭ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺎﻟﻁﻳﻥ ﻟﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻣﺎﻛﻥ ﺣﺟﺭ ﻟﻣﺩﺓ2
ﻳﻭﻣﺎ ً ﻭﻋﺩﻡ ﻋﻭﺩﺗﻬﻡ ﻟﻠﻌﻣﻝ ﺇﻻ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺍﻧﻘﺿﺎء ﻓﺗﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺣﺟﺭ، ﻭﺑﺷﺭﻁ ﻋﺩﻡ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﺃﻱ 14
ﺃﻋﺭﺍﺽ. ﻳﺟﺏ ﺇﺑﻼﻍ ﻓﺭﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﺻﻲ ﺍﻟﻭﺑﺎﺋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻅﻬﻭﺭ ﺃﻋﺭﺍﺽ ﺟﺩﻳﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ
ﺃﻱ ﻭﻗﺕ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﺣﺟﺭ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻲ.
3- Establishments with positive cases should remain
closed until the cases are fully recovered from the
completion of the quarantine period. Establishments with
unaffected replacement employees can resume
operations subject to providing proof of negative
COVID-19 tests for these replacement employees by
the tourism activity owner (proof can be shown via text
message or Al Hosn app result copy) in addition to a
d e t a i l e d v a l i d i t y r e p o r t i s s u e d b y t h e r e l e v a n t
governmental entity.
- ﻳﺟﺏ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻣﺭﺍﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻏﻼﻕ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻭﺟﺩﺕ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺍﻹﺻﺎﺑﺎﺕ ﺣﺗﻰ ﺷﻔﺎء3
ﺍﻟﺣﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﻭﺍﻧﻘﺿﺎء ﻓﺗﺭﻩ ﺣﺟﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺎﻟﻁﻳﻥ. ﻳﻣﻛﻥ ﻓﺗﺢ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ
ﺗﻭﺍﺟﺩ ﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﺁﺧﺭﻳﻥ )ﻓﺭﻳﻖ ﺍﺣﺗﻳﺎﻁﻲ( ﻣﻥ ﻏﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﺎﺑﻳﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺧﺎﻟﻁﻳﻥ ﺑﺷﺭﻁ ﺃﻥ
ﻟﻬﺅﻻء 19ﻳﺭﻓﻖ ﺻﺎﺣﺏ ﺍﻟﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ ﻓﺣﻭﺻﺎﺕ ﺳﻠﺑﻳﺔ ﻟﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-
ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ )ﻣﺛﺎﻝ ﺭﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﻧﺻﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻧﺳﺧﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﻥ ﻟﻛﻝ ﻣﻭﻅﻑ( ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ
ﺇﻟﻰ ﺗﻘﺭﻳﺭ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻧﺷﺎﻁ.
4- After closure, the tourism activity owner should inform
the relevant entity who closed the establishment in order
to communicate with DOH coordinators to reopen the
establishment after the supporting evidence outlined
above is provided.
- ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺏ ﺍﻟﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻐﻠﻖ ﺇﺑﻼﻍ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺃﻏﻠﻘﺕ4

ﺍﻟﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻟﻣﺧﺎﻁﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺳﻘﻳﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﻟﻁﻠﺏ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﻓﺗﺢ ﺍﻟﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﻣﺩﻋﻭﻣﺎ

5-In the scenario of employees transferring between
branches, establishment owners should verify the health
status of employees (COVID-19-free individuals). The
verification to be performed by relevant health entities.
- ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﺟﺔ ﺍﻟﻰ ﻧﻘﻝ ﻣﻭﻅﻑ ﻣﻥ ﻓﺭﻉ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺁﺧﺭ، ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺏ ﺍﻟﻧﺷﺎﻁ5
(19ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﻭﻅﻑ )ﻋﺩﻡ ﺇﺻﺎﺑﺗﻪ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ -
ﻭﻳﺗﻡ ﺍﻟﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ.
6- Abu Dhabi Center for Public Health - Department of
Health shall make the final decision on reopening
e s t a b l i s h m e n t s w h i c h h a v e h a d p o s i t i v e c a s e
employees after ensuring all precautionary health
measures are in place to protect employees and
visitors.
- ﻳﺗﺧﺫ ﻣﺭﻛﺯ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ – ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺭﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻧﻬﺎﺋﻲ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ6
ﻓﺗﺢ ﺍﻟﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻟﺩﻳﻪ ﻣﻭﻅﻔﻭﻥ ﻣﺻﺎﺑﻭﻥ، ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺍﺳﺗﻳﻔﺎء ﻛﻝ
.ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻭﻁ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﺏ ﺗﻭﺍﻓﺭﻫﺎ ﻟﺣﻣﺎﻳﺔ ﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻅﻔﻳﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻣﻼء
7- Inform the owner of the tourism activity of the above
instructions in order for them to comply.
- ﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺇﺑﻼﻍ ﺻﺎﺣﺏ ﺍﻟﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ﻟﻠﺗﻘﻳﺩ ﺑﻬﺎ.7
Please note that Tourism establishments, tourism trips
o r g a n i z e r , t r a v e l a g e n t s , e x c u r s i o n b o a t s a n d
ships renting and floating restaurants will be inspected
by DCT Abu Dhabi's inspectors to verify compliance
with these instructions.
ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﻔﺗﻳﺵ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﺭﺣﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ،
ﻣﻛﺎﺗﺏ ﺑﻳﻊ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﺳﻔﺭ، ﺗﺄﺟﻳﺭ ﻗﻭﺍﺭﺏ ﻭﺳﻔﻥ ﺍﻟﻧﺯﻫﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻁﺎﻋﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺋﻣﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ
ﻣﻔﺗﺷﻲ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﻬﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ.
The above guidelines and requirements shall be
applied, bearing in mind compliance with all other
circulars and requirements issued by other relevant
government agencies, if any.
