ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺷﺗﺭﺍﻁﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﺏ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻘﻬﺎ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻌﺩﺍﺩ ﻹﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﻓﺗﺢ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:

Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
In line with the preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19) issued by relevant entities, and in line with
efforts to sustain and support the tourism industry and
n a t i o n a l e c o n o m i c d e v e l o p m e n t , t a k i n g i n t o
consideration the importance of community and public
health, the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu
Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) is announcing that all Hotel
Establishments in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi will be
allowed to reopen their Prayer Rooms starting from
today (Monday 20th J u l y , 2 0 2 0 ) o n c o n d i t i o n o f
complying with and fulfilling the precautionary and
preventive measures outlined below:
ﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ
( ﻭﻓﻳﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ19ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ )ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ-

ﺗﻭﺟّﻪ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ
20 ﻟﺩﻳﻬﺎ ﺑﺩءﺍ ً ﻣﻥ ﻳﻭﻡ ﺍﻹﺛﻧﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻖ ﻓﺗﺢ ﺍﻟﻐﺭﻑ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺻﺻﺔ ﻟﻠﺻﻼﺓ ﺑﺈﻋﺎﺩﺓ
ﺷﺭﻳﻁﺔ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺿﺣﺔ ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ: 2020 ﻳﻭﻟﻳﻭ
1- Temperature screening by thermal cameras or
handheld infrared thermometers must be done to all
individuals before entering the facilities.
- ﻓﺣﺹ ﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺍﺭﺓ ﺑﻭﺍﺳﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﻛﺎﻣﻳﺭﺍ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻳﺯﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺍﺭﺓ ﺑﺎﻷﺷﻌﺔ1
.ﺗﺣﺕ ﺍﻟﺣﻣﺭﺍء ﻟﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻷﻓﺭﺍﺩ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺩﺧﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻓﻖ
2- Hand sanitisers to be installed at the entrance. - ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﻣﻌﻘﻡ ﺍﻟﻳﺩﻳﻥ ﻋﻧﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﺧﻝ.2
3- Worshippers are required to wear masks and gloves. - ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﻠﻳﻥ ﺍﺭﺗﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﻛﻣﺎﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﻔﺎﺯﺍﺕ.3
4- Worshippers to bring their own prayer mats, or hotel
to provide disposable prayer mats at the entrance.
- ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﻠﻳﻥ ﺇﺣﺿﺎﺭ ﺳﺟﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺹ ﺑﻬﻡ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻭﻓﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺳﺟﺎﺩ4
ﺍﻟﺻﻼﺓ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺣﺩ ﻋﻧﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﺧﻝ.
5- Determining the capacity of the prayer rooms , and
not exceeding 30% of the total capacity.
% ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻗﺔ30 - ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺩ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﻳﻌﺎﺑﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺻﻠﻰ ﺑﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﻻ ﺗﺗﺟﺎﻭﺯ5
ﺍﻹﺟﻣﺎﻟﻳﺔ.
6- Physical distance of 2 metres to be maintained
between every two worshippers in all directions.

7- Physical distancing markings of 2 metres should be
clearly defined on the floors.

8- Surveillance cameras should be operational. - ﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﻛﺎﻣﻳﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻗﺑﺔ.8
9- Ensure availability of signs for precautionary
m e a s u r e s a n d i n s t r u c t i o n s t o r e m i n d a n d u r g e
worshippers to adhere with the control measures.
- ﻭﺿﻊ ﺇﺭﺷﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﺑﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻻﺣﺗﺭﺍﺯﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﺏ ﺍﺗﺑﺎﻋﻬﺎ ﻭﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ9
ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﻠﺻﻘﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﻋﻭﻳﺔ.
10- Worshippers must leave after the obligatory prayer
is completed; gatherings not permitted before and after
prayer.
- ﻳﺟﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﻠﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻐﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺇﺗﻣﺎﻡ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﺽ، ﻭﻻ ﻳﺳﻣﺢ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺟﻣﻊ10
ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻟﺻﻼﺓ ﻭﺑﻌﺩﻫﺎ.
11- All common surfaces, areas/touch points must be
properly cleaned and disinfected using the products and

12- Ensure cleaning and disinfection for all facilities. - ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﻳﺎﻡ ﺑﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻅﻳﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻁﻬﻳﺭ ﻟﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻓﻖ.12
13- Daily misting of disinfection solution must be
performed in all the operational areas.
- ﻳﺟﺏ ﺍﺟﺭﺍء ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺑﺧﺎﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﻣﻧﺎﻁﻖ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻠﻳﺎﺕ.13
14- Ablution facilities are to remain closed. - ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺇﻏﻼﻕ ﺃﻣﺎﻛﻥ ﺍﻟﻭﺿﻭء.14
15- Guests staying in the hotel, must be encouraged to
perform prayers in their rooms.
- ﻳﺟﺏ ﺗﺷﺟﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺿﻳﻭﻑ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﻳﻣﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﺻﻠﻭﺍﺕ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺭﻓﻬﻡ.15
16- Leave the doors open during prayer and close them
later.
- ﺗﺭﻙ ﺍﻷﺑﻭﺍﺏ ﻣﻔﺗﻭﺣﺔ ﺃﺛﻧﺎء ﺍﻟﺻﻼﺓ ﻭﺇﻗﻔﺎﻟﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺑﺎﻗﻲ ﺍﻷﻭﻗﺎﺕ.16
17- Sterilisation of the facilities, door handles, shoe
areas and corridors leading to the praying rooms.
- ﺗﻌﻘﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﻠﻰ ﻭﻣﻘﺎﺑﺽ ﺍﻷﺑﻭﺍﺏ ﻭﻣﻧﺎﻁﻖ ﺍﻷﺣﺫﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻣﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺅﺩﻳﺔ17
ﻟﻠﻣﺻﻠﻰ.
18- Removal of all Qu’rans, religious books and
publications.
- ﺇﺯﺍﻟﺔ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﺎﺣﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﻛﺗﺏ ﺍﻟﺩﻳﻧﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﻭﺭﺍﺕ.18
19- Remove everything that can be shared in the praying
area (e.g. bottled water, paper towels and prayer mat).
- ﺇﺯﺍﻟﺔ ﻛﻝ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻣﻛﻥ ﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﺗﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺻﻠﻰ )ﻣﺛﺎﻝ: ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺑﺄﺓ، ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺣﺎﺭﻡ19
ﺍﻟﻭﺭﻗﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﺟﺎﺩﺍﺕ(.
20- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in
prayer area.

Please note that hotel establishments will be inspected
by DCT Abu Dhabi's inspectors to verify compliance
with these instructions.
