Subject: Event Registration for Domestic & International
Weddings
ﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﺣﻔﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺝ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻠﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
Pursuant to the Law No.(8) of 2018 establishing the
Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT
Abu Dhabi) with a mandate to develop the tourism
industry in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and upon the
Executive Council’s Chairman Resolution No. 54/2016
on the events licensing system in Abu Dhabi, and upon
DCT Abu Dhabi’s Chairman Resolution No. 11/2011
relating to the application mechanism of the events
licensing system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through the
tasks assigned to DCT Abu Dhabi.
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺇﻧﺷﺎء ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭ 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ8ﺑﻧﺎء ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻧﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻹﻣﺎﺭﺓ
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ 2016 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ54ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﻠﺱ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫﻱ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ –
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺁﻟﻳﺔ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ 2019 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ11ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻘﻳﺎﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ.
F o r o r g a n i s a t i o n a l p u r p o s e s , w e w o u l d l i k e t o
emphasise the necessity of registering wedding
ceremonies in the events licensing system as follows:
ﻟﻐﺎﻳﺎﺕ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻣﻳﺔ، ﻧﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﻳﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﺣﻔﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺝ ﻓﻲ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ
ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺣﺳﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ:
• Register all domestic and international weddings
using the adequate categories.
ﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺣﻔﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺝ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻠﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﻳﺔ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺭﺍﻋﺎﺓ ﺍﺧﺗﻳﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺗﺻﻧﻳﻑ •
ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻳﺢ.
• Update additional information regarding weddings on
the portal, including: number of wedding attendees,
coupless’ nationality, emirate of residence for domestic
events, number of guest rooms (if applicable), length of
stay (if applicable).
ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺇﺩﺧﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻳﺣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺗﺿﻣﻥ ﻋﺩﺩ ﺍﻟﺣﺿﻭﺭ ﻭﺍﺧﺗﻳﺎﺭ ﻓﺋﺔ •
ﺍﻟﺣﻔﻝ ﻫﻝ ﻫﻭ ﺣﻔﻝ ﻣﺣﻠﻲ ﺃﻭ ﺩﻭﻟﻲ، ﺇﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺑﺎﻗﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﻔﺎﺻﻳﻝ ﺍﻷﺧﺭﻯ، ﻣﺛﺎﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ
ﺫﻟﻙ )ﺟﻧﺳﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺟﻳﻥ - ﻭﻣﻛﺎﻥ ﺇﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﺻﺎﺣﺏ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺝ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻠﻲ ﺩﺍﺧﻝ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ – ﺃﻋﺩﺍﺩ
ﺍﻟﻐﺭﻑ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﺗﻡ ﺣﺟﺯﻫﺎ "ﺇﻥ ﻭﺟﺩﺕ" – ﻋﺩﺩ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ "ﺇﻥ ﻭﺟﺩﺕ"(.
• It should be ensured that wedding registrations are
submitted within 3 working days (minimum) before the
event’s start date.
ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺗﻡ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﺣﻔﻝ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺝ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻋﻣﻝ •
ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻗﻝ ﻣﻥ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺍﻟﺣﻔﻝ.
• Kindly note that there is no applicable fee for
wedding registrations.
ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﻻ ﺗﻭﺟﺩ ﺭﺳﻭﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﺣﻔﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺝ. •
• If there are local performers at local weddings, no
permit is required.
ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﻣﺅﺩﻳﻳﻥ )ﻓﻧﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺃﻭ ﻓﺭﻕ ﻓﻧﻳﺔ( ﻓﻲ ﺣﻔﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺝ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻠﻳﺔ، •
ﻓﺈﻧﻬﺎ ﻻ ﺗﺣﺗﺎﺝ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺗﺻﺭﻳﺢ.
• If there are international performers at domestic or
international weddings, then entertainment permits and
all necessary approvals must be obtained from DCT
Abu Dhabi and the relevant authorities before the event’s
start date.
ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﻓﻧﺎﻧﻳﻥ ﺃﻭ ﻓﺭﻕ ﻓﻧﻳﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺧﺎﺭﺝ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻔﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺝ •
ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻠﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﻳﺔ، ﻳﺟﺏ ﺃﺧﺫ ﺍﻟﺗﺻﺎﺭﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﻓﻳﻬﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻘﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ
ﻭﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺗﺻﺔ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺣﻔﻝ.
Please note that you will be inspected and ensure that
you register your wedding parties in the event licensing
system
ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺍﻟﺗﻔﺗﻳﺵ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﻗﻳﺎﻣﻛﻡ ﺑﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﺣﻔﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺯﻭﺍﺝ ﻓﻲ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ
ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ.
