Subject: Extension of Exemption from Tourism Fees on
Tickets
ﺗﻣﺩﻳﺩ ﺍﻹﻋﻔﺎء ﻣﻥ ﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﺑﺩﻻﺕ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
With reference to the above subject, and based on Law
No. (8) of 2018, establishing the Department of Culture
and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) with an
overall mandate to develop and elevate quality
standards of the tourism industry to achieve tourism
development in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the
Executive Council Resolution No. (54) of 2016 regarding
event licensing in Abu Dhabi Emirate, and Chairman of
DCT Abu Dhabi decision No. (23) of 2025, concerning
extending the exemption from the fees for issuing,
distributing and marketing tickets in accordance with the
Events Licensing System in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ8ﺑﺎﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺿﻭﻉ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ، ﻭﺍﺳﺗﻧﺎﺩﺍ ً ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺇﻧﺷﺎء ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻧﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ
ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻹﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻘﻳﺎﻡ

ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺗﻣﺩﻳﺩ ﺍﻹﻋﻔﺎء ﻣﻥ ﺑﺩﻝ ﺻﺭﻑ 2025 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ23ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﻭﺗﻭﺯﻳﻊ ﻭﺗﺳﻭﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﻭﻓﻖ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ،
For further support to the investment environment in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi, it has been decided to exempt
event organisers from the tourism fee of 10% on tickets
sold, from 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2025.
ﻭﺩﻋﻣﺎ ً ﻟﺑﻳﺋﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﺛﻣﺎﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻓﻘﺩ ﺗﻘﺭﺭ ﺇﻋﻔﺎء ﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻣﻥ
ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺑﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻋﺗﺑﺎﺭﺍ ً ﻣﻥ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ 10ﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﺑﺩﻻﺕ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ %
.2025 ﺩﻳﺳﻣﺑﺭ 31 ﺣﺗﻰ 2025 ﻳﻧﺎﻳﺭ 1
It is mandatory for event organisers to obtain event
licenses in accordance with the regulations specified for
this purpose. Additionally, they are obliged to declare the
revenues generated from these events, submit
supporting financial statements, and cooperate with
revenue auditors or individuals designated by DCT
Abu Dhabi to validate the accuracy of their declarations.
ﻭﻳﻠﺗﺯﻡ ﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺑﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﻅﻣﺔ ﺑﻬﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺷﺄﻥ،
ﻭﺑﺎﻟﺗﺻﺭﻳﺢ ﻋﻥ ﺇﻳﺭﺍﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ، ﻭﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺅﻳﺩﺓ ﻟﻬﺎ، ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻭﻥ
ﻣﻊ ﻣﺩﻗﻘﻲ ﺍﻹﻳﺭﺍﺩﺍﺕ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻣﻛﻠﻔﻳﻥ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﻣﻥ ﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻹﻗﺭﺍﺭﺍﺕ.

in relation to the violators.
