ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﺭﺳﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻌﺟﻠﺔ ﻟﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
P u r s u a n t t o L a w N o . ( 8 ) o f 2 0 1 8 r e g a r d i n g t h e
establishment of the Department of Culture and Tourism
- Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) and its provisions
concerning the tasks and competencies for the
development of tourism in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the
Decision No. (54) of 2016 by the Chairman of the
Executive Council regarding the Events Licensing
System in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the Resolution
No. (11) of 2019 by the Chairman of DCT Abu Dhabi
about the process of implementing the events licensing
system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi by carrying out the
tasks entrusted to DCT Abu Dhabi.
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺇﻧﺷﺎء ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ8ﺑﻧﺎء ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻧﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ

ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺁﻟﻳﺔ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ 2019 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ11ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻘﻳﺎﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﻛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ،
With reference to the previously issued circulars and for
regulatory purposes urgent request fee will be applied
s t a r t i n g f r o m 1 s t O c t o b e r 2 0 2 4 , o n e v e n t a n d
entertainment permit requests that are submitted,
modified, or have participants added within less than 3
working days before the event start date:
ﻭﺑﺎﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻣﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺳﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﺑﻬﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺷﺄﻥ ﻭﻟﻐﺎﻳﺎﺕ ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻣﻳﺔ، ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﺭﺳﻭﻡ
ﻋﻠﻰ ﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺗﺭﺍﺧﻳﺹ 2024 ﺃﻛﺗﻭﺑﺭ 1 ﺍﻟﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻌﺟﻠﺔ ﺍﻋﺗﺑﺎﺭﺍ ً ﻣﻥ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ
ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺻﺎﺭﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﻓﻳﻬﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻣﻬﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻌﺩﻳﻠﻬﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺇﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﻣﺷﺎﺭﻙ ﺇﻟﻳﻬﺎ
ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻋﻣﻝ ﻣﻥ ﻣﻭﻋﺩ ﺑﺩء ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ: 3 ﺧﻼﻝ ﺃﻗﻝ ﻣﻥ
- A fee of 500 AED will be applied to any event permit
or entertainment permit request submitted within less
than 3 working days before the event start date.
ﺩﺭﻫﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻱ ﻁﻠﺏ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ 500 ﻳﻁﺑﻖ ﺭﺳﻡ ﺍﻟﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻌﺟﻠﺔ -
ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻋﻣﻝ ﻣﻥ ﻣﻭﻋﺩ ﺑﺩء ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ. 3 ﺗﺻﺭﻳﺢ ﺗﺭﻓﻳﻬﻲ ﻳُﻘﺩﻡ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺃﻗﻝ ﻣﻥ
- A fee of 500 AED will be applied to any event permit
or entertainment permit that is modified within less than 3
working days before the event start date.
ﺩﺭﻫﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻱ ﻁﻠﺏ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺃﻭ 500 ﻳﻁﺑﻖ ﺭﺳﻡ ﺍﻟﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻌﺟﻠﺔ -
ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻋﻣﻝ ﻣﻥ ﻣﻭﻋﺩ ﺑﺩء ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ. 3 ﺗﺻﺭﻳﺢ ﺗﺭﻓﻳﻬﻲ ﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﻌﺩﻳﻠﻪ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺃﻗﻝ ﻣﻥ
- Official holidays and weekends are excluded from
the 3 working days calculation.
ﺃﻳﺎﻡ 3 ﻻ ﺗﺩﺧﻝ ﺍﻟﻌﻁﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻣﻳﺔ ﻭﻋﻁﻼﺕ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﻷﺳﺑﻭﻉ ﻓﻲ ﺍﺣﺗﺳﺎﺏ ﻓﺗﺭﺓ -
ﻋﻣﻝ.
- T h i s f e e d o e s n o t a p p l y t o r e q u e s t s f o r t h e
cancellation of event permits or entertainment permits.
ﻻ ﻳﺷﻣﻝ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻡ ﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺇﻟﻐﺎء ﻁﻠﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺗﺻﺭﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﻓﻳﻬﻲ. -
- Ensure that events applications and entertainment
permits are submitted within at least 3 working days prior
to the event in order to obtain the necessary approvals
from the relevant authorities, taking into consideration
submitting applications For larger events organized that
contain greater numbers of participants, speakers and
entertainers of various types, it is required to submit the
applications within a longer period prior to the event so
ﻳُﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺗﺭﺍﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺻﺎﺭﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﻓﻳﻬﻳﺔ ﻗﺑﻝ -
ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻋﻣﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻗﻝ ﻣﻥ ﻣﻭﻋﺩ ﺑﺩء ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻘﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ 3
ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ، ﻣﻊ ﻣﺭﺍﻋﺎﺓ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﻣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻛﺑﻳﺭﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﺗﻡ
ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻣﻬﺎ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﺃﻭﺳﻊ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻹﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺣﻭﻱ ﺃﻋﺩﺍﺩﺍ ً ﻛﺑﻳﺭﺓ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﻳﻥ
ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺗﺣﺩﺛﻳﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻧﺎﻧﻳﻥ ﺑﻣﺧﺗﻠﻑ ﺍﻷﻧﻭﺍﻉ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﺑﻣﺩﺓ ﺃﻁﻭﻝ ﻟﻧﺗﻣﻛﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺭ
ﻓﻲ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﺃﻓﺿﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻘﺎﺕ ﺫﺍﺕ
ﺍﻟﺻﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﺳﺏ ﺗﻔﺎﺩﻳﺎ ً ﻷﻱ ﺗﺄﺧﻳﺭ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ. ﻛﻣﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺫﻟﻙ
ﺳﻳﺳﺎﻫﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺇﺗﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﺻﺔ ﻹﺟﺭﺍء ﺃﻱ ﺗﻌﺩﻳﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻟﺑﺩء ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ.

that we can proceed with the procedures properly and
ensure that all relevant approvals are obtained in a timely
manner to avoid any delay in the licensing process.
- Please be informed that if the application submitted
or amended less than 3 working days before the event
start date, an expedited request fee of AED 500 (Non –
Refundable) will be imposed. The department is not
responsible for any delays in obtaining the final approval
if approvals from the DCT or the other concerned
authorities are required.
ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻋﻣﻝ 3 ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺗﻡ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻌﺩﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻁﻠﺏ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺩﺓ ﺗﻘﻝ ﻋﻥ -
ﺩﺭﻫﻡ 500 ﻣﻥ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺑﺩء ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ، ﺳﺗُﻔﺭﺽ ﺭﺳﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻌﺟﻠﺔ ﺑﻘﻳﻣﺔ
)ﻏﻳﺭ ﻣُﺳﺗﺭﺩﺓ(، ﻭﻻ ﺗﺗﺣﻣﻝ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﺧﻳﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻧﻬﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ
ﺣﺎﻝ ﻭﺟﻭﺩ ﻣﻭﺍﻓﻘﺎﺕ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺧﺭﻯ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻧﻳﺔ.
