ﺗﺻﺭﻳﻑ ﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺎﺑﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﻧﻭﺍﻓﻳﺭ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺷﺑﻛﺔ ﺻﺭﻑ ﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻷﻣﻁﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
P u r s u a n t t o l a w N o . 8 o f 2 0 1 8 e s t a b l i s h i n g t h e
Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT
Abu Dhabi) with a mandate to develop the tourism
industry in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and referring to the
Federal Law No. 24 of 1999 concerning the Protection
a n d D e v e l o p m e n t o f t h e E n v i r o n m e n t a n d i t s
amendments, the Board of Directors Decision No. 2 of
2021 issued by the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi
regarding the Table of Violations and Administrative
Fines, Law No. 2 of 2012 concerning the Preservation of
Public Appearance, Health, and general tranquillity in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and pursuant to the Chairman of
the Department of Energy’s Decision No. 16 of 2020
regarding the Regulatory Framework for Water and
Wastewater Tanker Services for the year 2020, and in
our commitment to ensuring environmental safety,
please adhere to the following:
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺇﻧﺷﺎء ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – 2018 ﻟﺳﻧﺔ 8 ﺑﻧﺎء ً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ
ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻧﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺭﺍﻣﻳﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ
1999 ﻟﺳﻧﺔ 24 ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻹﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﺑﺎﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺍﻻﺗﺣﺎﺩﻱ ﺭﻗﻡ
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺣﻣﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺋﺔ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺗﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﻌﺩﻳﻼﺗﻪ ﻭﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﻣﺟﻠﺱ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﻫﻳﺋﺔ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺋﺔ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺭﻗﻡ
2 ﻓﻲ ﺷﺄﻥ ﺟﺩﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺎﻟﻔﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻐﺭﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ 2021 ﻟﺳﻧﺔ 2
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻅﻬﺭ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻛﻳﻧﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ 2012 ﻟﺳﻧﺔ
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻼﺋﺣﺔ 2020 ﻟﺳﻧﺔ 16 ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺭﻗﻡ
ﻭﺣﺭﺻﺎ ً ﻣﻧﺎ 2020 ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻅﻳﻣﻳﺔ ﻟﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺻﻬﺎﺭﻳﺞ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﻭﺍﻟﺻﺭﻑ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻲ ﻟﺳﻧﺔ
ﻋﻠﻰ ﺿﻣﺎﻥ ﺳﻼﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺋﺔ، ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻳﺩ ﺑﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ:
Preventive Measures:
• All relevant tourism establishments must inform their
affiliated companies about the procedures for handling
pool and fountain water discharge, including clarifying
potential violations.
ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ:
• ﺗﻠﺗﺯﻡ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺑﺈﺑﻼﻍ ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻬﺎ ﺣﻭﻝ ﺁﻟﻳﻪ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻣﻝ ﻣﻊ
ﺗﺻﺭﻳﻑ ﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺎﺑﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﻧﻭﺍﻓﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ، ﻭﺗﻭﺿﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺎﻟﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﺭﺗﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ
ﻋﺩﻡ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺫﻟﻙ.
• Tourism establishments should monitor wastewater
disposal by monitoring restricted areas within their
premises, reporting any suspicious activity near drainage
systems.
• ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻣﺭﺍﻗﺑﺔ ﺗﺻﺭﻳﻑ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺎﻩ ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻣﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﻁﻖ
ﺍﻟﻣﺣﻅﻭﺭﺓ ﺩﺍﺧﻝ ﻧﻁﺎﻕ ﻣﻧﺷﺂﺗﻬﺎ ﻭﺍﻹﺑﻼﻍ ﻋﻥ ﺃﻱ ﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﻣﺷﺑﻭﻩ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺭﺏ ﻣﻥ ﺃﻧﻅﻣﺔ
ﺍﻟﺻﺭﻑ.
Training and Awareness:
• Educate and train workers to monitor and report
violations of any illegal discharge.
ﺍﻟﺗﺩﺭﻳﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻭﻋﻳﺔ:
• ﺗﺛﻘﻳﻑ ﻭﺗﺩﺭﻳﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﻳﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺭﺻﺩ ﻭﺍﻹﺑﻼﻍ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺎﻟﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺄﻳﺔ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ
ﺗﺻﺭﻳﻑ ﻏﻳﺭ ﻗﺎﻧﻭﻧﻳﺔ.
Monitoring and Reporting:
• T o u r i s m e s t a b l i s h m e n t s m u s t e n s u r e t h a t a l l
contractors engaged in the management, handling, or
disposal of wastewater within the premises are
thoroughly vetted, adhere to all applicable legal
requirements and internal procedures, and provide the
necessary documentation to demonstrate full regulatory
compliance.
ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺍﻗﺑﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﺑﻼﻍ:
• ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﻣﻥ ﺃﻥ ّ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺎﻭﻟﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻌﺎﻣﻠﻳﻥ ﻣﻊ ﺗﺻﺭﻳﻑ

ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻧﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺗﻣﺩﺓ ﻟﺩﻯ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ، ﻣﻊ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﺛﺎﺋﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﻁﻠﻭﺑﺔ ﻟﺿﻣﺎﻥ
ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﻷﻧﻅﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻣﻭﻝ ﺑﻬﺎ.

by DCT Abu Dhabi's inspectors to verify compliance with
these instructions.
ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﻔﺗﻳﺵ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﻣﻔﺗﺷﻲ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ
ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﺯﺍﻣﻛﻡ ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ.

measures that will be taken against offenders, in
coordination with the relevant authorities according to the
legislation in place.
