Subject: Protection of the Confidentiality of Data and
Information Shared with Tourism Establishments
ﺣﻣﺎﻳﺔ ﺳﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﺗﻡ ﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﺗﻬﺎ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:

Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
Based on the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu
Dhabi's (DCT Abu Dhabi) continual cooperation,
coordination and consultation with partners and
stakeholders in the Tourism Sector, DCT Abu Dhabi
would like to reiterate the need to adhere to the
principles of confidentiality, and therefore the following
must be observed:
ﺍﻧﻁﻼﻗﺎ ً ﻣﻥ ﺣﺭﺹ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻧﺳﻳﻖ
ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻣﺭ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻛﺎء ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ، ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺗﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻛﻳﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ
ﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﻣﺑﺎﺩﺉ ﺍﻟﺳﺭﻳﺔ، ﻭﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﻣﺭﺍﻋﺎﺓ ﻣﺎﻳﻠﻲ:
Not to divulge or release, through websites,
internet, or social media, any documents that
contain information related to DCT Abu Dhabi's
work without permission from DCT Abu Dhabi.
ﻋﺩﻡ ﺇﻓﺷﺎء ﺃﻭ ﺇﺧﺭﺍﺝ ﺃﻱ ﺃﻭﺭﺍﻕ ﺗﺣﺗﻭﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﺗﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻌﻣﻝ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ
ﺩﻭﻥ ﺇﺫﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ، ﻋﺑﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻳﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺷﺑﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﺃﻭ
ﻭﺳﺎﺋﻝ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺍﺻﻝ ﺍﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﻲ.
It is not permissible for representatives of hotel
establishments to disclose any information or
discussions that are circulated orally or in writing in
these meetings by any of the attendees unless it is
authorised by DCT Abu Dhabi and its official
channels.
ﻻ ﻳﺟﻭﺯ ﻟﻣﻣﺛﻠﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﻭﻣﻭﺍ ﺑﺎﻟﻛﺷﻑ ﻋﻥ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﺃﻭ
ﻧﻘﺎﺷﺎﺕ ﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﺩﺍﻭﻟﻬﺎ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﺷﻔﻬﻲ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻛﺗﻭﺏ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻠﻙ ﺍﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻡ ﻳﺗﻡ
ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻥ ﻋﻥ ﺫﻟﻙ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﻭﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﻘﻧﻭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻣﻳﺔ ﻟﺩﻳﻬﺎ.
We hope that you will take the necessary measures to
ensure the confidentiality of any information or data
related to the work of DCT Abu Dhabi and its employees
that is circulated in any meetings held by DCT Abu
Dhabi, which aim to ensure the improvement of workflow
and the implementation of plans set for the optimisation
of the tourism sector.

Note that DCT Abu Dhabi will not hesitate to take the
necessary measures and enforce the law against any
party that violates the directives contained within this
Circular.
