ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺙ ﺷﺭﻭﻁ ﻭﺃﺣﻛﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ – ﺍﻟﻣﺑﺎﺩﺉ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﺑﺔ ﻟﻌﺭﻭﺽ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:

Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
Please be informed of the updated terms and conditions for the
Events Licensing System in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The
updated provisions include guidelines for traditional art bands at
events, which are performing groups that practice and showcase
Emirati traditional performances such as Al Ayyala, Al Razfa, Al
Azi, Al Shella, Al Taghrooda, Al Mankoos, Al Nahma, Al Ahalla,
and other traditional performing arts.
ﻧﺣﻳﻁﻛﻡ ﻋﻠﻣﺎ ً ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﺗﻡ ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺙ ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻭﻁ ﻭﺍﻷﺣﻛﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﻅّﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ

Accordingly, please note that traditional art bands must adhere to
the specific standards required by the Department of Culture and
Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), such as adhering to the
official national dress while performing at events and
committing to demonstrating quality performances that
display Emirati heritage appropriately.
ﻭﻋﻠﻳﻪ، ﻧﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻭﻳﻪ ﺑﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺑﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭﻛﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺗﻣﺩﺓ ﻣﻥ

We also bring to your attention DCT Abu Dhabi’s mechanism for
the certification of traditional bands by granting a "Traditional Art
P e r f o r m a n c e C e r t i f i c a t e " b a s e d o n t h e s t a n d a r d s a n d
requirements set by the Department in this regard, consisting of
the following:
ﻛﻣﺎ ﻧﻠﻔﺕ ﻧﻅﺭﻛﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺁﻟﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﻻﻋﺗﻣﺎﺩ ﻓﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺑﻳﺔ، ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺷﻣﻝ ﺗﻘﻳﻳﻡ ﻭﺍﻋﺗﻣﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻕ
ﻣﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻣﻧﺢ "ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﺃﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﻔﻧﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺑﻳﺔ" ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﺑﻧﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻘﺩﻣﺔ ﻭﺍﺳﺗﻳﻔﺎء
ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻭﻁ ﺍﻟﻣﺩﺭﺟﺔ ﺃﺩﻧﺎﻩ ﺑﻣﻭﺟﺏ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺗﻣﺩﺓ ﻟﺩﻯ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺑﻬﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺧﺻﻭﺹ:
1- Apply for a Traditional Performance Certificate as per the
criteria stipulated by DCT Abu Dhabi.
- ﺃﻥ ﺗﺗﻘﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻗﺔ ﺑﻁﻠﺏ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﺃﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﻔﻧﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺑﻳﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ1
– ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺩﺩﺓ ﻟﺫﻟﻙ.
2- Have an administrative team consisting of a band manager,
band poet, and band coordinator, to ensure the implementation of
the necessary governance of the band's activities and tasks in
accordance with the regulations and conditions governing that.
- ﺃﻥ ﻳﻛﻭﻥ ﻟﻠﻔﺭﻗﺔ ﻓﺭﻳﻖ ﻋﻣﻝ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﻱ ﻣﻛﻭﻥ ﻣﻥ ﻣﺩﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻗﺔ، ﻭﺷﺎﻋﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻗﺔ، ﻭﻣﻧﺳّﻖ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻗﺔ،2
ﻟﺿﻣﺎﻥ ﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫ ﺍﻟﺣﻭﻛﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ ﻷﻧﺷﻁﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻗﺔ ﻭﻣﻬﺎﻣﻬﺎ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﻠﻭﺍﺋﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﺷﺭﻭﻁ ﺍﻟﻧﺎﻅﻣﺔ ﻟﺫﻟﻙ.
3- Commit to wearing the Emirati National Dress at all times during
their performances and while participating in any event, including
weddings and private ceremonies.
- ﺃﻥ ﻳﻠﺗﺯﻡ ﺃﻋﺿﺎء ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻗﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺯﻱ ﺍﻹﻣﺎﺭﺍﺗﻲ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻣﻣﺎﺭﺳﺔ ﺍﻷﺩﺍء ﻓﻲ ﺃﻱ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﻛﺎﻧﺕ ﻓﻲ3
ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﺑﻣﺎ ﻓﻳﻬﺎ ﺍﻷﻋﺭﺍﺱ ﻭﺍﻻﺣﺗﻔﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ.
4- Commit to the development of traditional performance arts,
while preserving their originality as per the customs and traditions
in Emirati heritage.
- ﺃﻥ ﺗﺳﻬﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻗﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻁﻭﻳﺭ ﻓﻧﻭﻥ ﺍﻷﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﺷﻌﺑﻳﺔ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺎﻓﻅﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺻﺎﻟﺗﻬﺎ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳﺭ4
ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺩﺩﺓ ﻟﺫﻟﻙ.
5- The band manager shall be a citizen of the UAE and shall be
not less than (20) years old.
( ﻋﺎﻣﺎً.20- ﺃﻥ ﻳﻛﻭﻥ ﻣﺩﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻗﺔ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺍﺗﻲ ﺍﻟﺟﻧﺳﻳﺔ ﻭﻻ ﻳﻘﻝ ﻋﻣﺭﻩ ﻋﻥ )5
6- All band members shall be citizens or residents of the UAE and
shall not be less than (18) years old. Exceptions may be given for
younger members provided that such member shall be talented in
the performance art and shall have the consent of his/her
guardian.
(18- ﺃﻥ ﻳﻛﻭﻥ ﺃﻋﺿﺎء ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻗﺔ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺍﺗﻳﻳﻥ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﻳﻣﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻟﺔ، ﻭﺃﻻ ﺗﻘﻝ ﺃﻋﻣﺎﺭﻫﻡ ﻋﻥ )6
ﺳﻧﺔ، ﻭﻳﺳﺗﺛﻧﻰ ﻣﻥ ﺫﻟﻙ ﻣﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﻣﺭﻩ ﺃﻗﻝ ﻣﻥ ﺫﻟﻙ ﺷﺭﻳﻁﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻛﻭﻥ ﻣﻭﻫﻭﺑﺎ ً ﻓﻲ ﻓﻥ ﺍﻷﺩﺍء ﻭﻟﺩﻳﻪ
ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻭﻟﻲ ﺍﻷﻣﺭ.
7- Each band member shall be mastering the composition or the
singing and movement performance of every performance art.
- ﺃﻥ ﻳﻛﻭﻥ ﺃﻋﺿﺎء ﺍﻟﻔﺭﻗﺔ ﻣﺗﻣﻛّﻧﻳﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻠﺣﻥ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻐﻧﺎء ﻭﺍﻷﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﺣﺭﻛﻲ ﻟﻛﻝ ﻓﻥ ﻣﻥ ﻓﻧﻭﻥ7
ﺍﻷﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻠﻳﺩﻳﺔ.

8- Obtain the approval of the Requests Examination Authority in
DCT Abu Dhabi.
