Subject: Electronic Public Health Pest Control Services ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﻛﺎﻓﺣﺔ ﺁﻓﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
The Abu Dhabi Waste Management Center - Tadweer
has circulated to all sectors about launching the unified
system for public health pest control services in the
emirate of Abu Dhabi.
ﺃﺻﺩﺭ ﻣﺭﻛﺯ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻧﻔﺎﻳﺎﺕ - ﺗﺩﻭﻳﺭ ﺗﻌﻣﻳﻣﺎ ً ﻟﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻘﻁﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ
ﺑﺈﻁﻼﻕ ﺍﻟﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺣﺩ ﻟﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﻛﺎﻓﺣﺔ ﺁﻓﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ.
This Pest Control E-contract system aims to standardize
a n d m a n a g e t h e c o n t r a c t i n g p r o c e s s a n d h e l p
commercial entities to have public health pest control
services with the highest quality standards through
determining technical requirements that ensure effective
and safe public health pest control services. The system
is also used to manage and register pest control
services and contracts that are provided by licensed
service providers who are permitted to operate by
Tadweer. The system provides easy and effective
follow-up for service contracts, requests, and reports in
addition to providing data for both clients and service
providers, and keeping a holistic service record for all
operations that are available for all parties all the time.
ﻭﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻹﻁﺎﺭ ﺃﻁﻠﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻛﺯ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻭﺩ ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻳﺔ ﻟﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﻛﺎﻓﺣﺔ ﺁﻓﺎﺕ
ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻬﺎﺩﻑ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺗﻭﺣﻳﺩ ﻭﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻗﺩ ﺳﻌﻳﺎ ً ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺳﺎﻋﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ
ﻟﻠﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﺟﻭﺩﺓ ﻟﺧﺩﻣﺔ ﻣﻛﺎﻓﺣﺔ ﺁﻓﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻋﻥ ﻁﺭﻳﻖ
ﻛﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻳﺢ ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺩ ﺍﻟﺷﺭﻭﻁ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺿﻣﻥ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﻛﺎﻓﺣﺔ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﺔ ﻭﺁﻣﻧﺔ.
ﺍﻟﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﺻﺔ ﻟﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﻭﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻭﺩ ﻭﻋﻣﻠﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻛﺎﻓﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻘﺩﻣﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﻣﺯﻭﺩﻱ
ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺧﺻﻳﻥ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﻛﺯ ﺑﺷﻛﻝ ﺳﻬﻝ. ﺇﻟﻰ ﺟﺎﻧﺏ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺎﻫﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ
ﺗﻧﻅﻳﻡ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﻣﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻭﺩ ﻭﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺔ ﻭﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﺎﺭﻳﺭ ﺍﻹﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ
ﺑﻳﻥ ﻣﺯﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺋﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﻔﻳﺩﺓ ﻣﻧﻬﺎ، ﻭﺍﻻﺣﺗﻔﺎﻅ ﺑﺳﺟﻝ ﻣﺗﻛﺎﻣﻝ ﻋﻥ
ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻠﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺇﻣﻛﺎﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻳﺔ ﻋﻧﺩ ﻣﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺍﻟﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺗﺻﺔ.
Therefore, the Department of Culture and Tourism –
Abu Dhabi directs all tourism and hotel establishments
to use the system from the date of this Circular by
logging on to the establishment's account at the centre
and recording all contracts and service requests in
coordination with the public health pest control service
providers.

ﺑﺿﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ ﺑﺎﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﻋﺑﺭ ﺍﻟﺩﺧﻭﻝ ﻟﺣﺳﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ
ﺍﻻﻟﻛﺗﺭﻭﻧﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺭﻛﺯ ﻭﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻭﺩ ﻭﻁﻠﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻧﺳﻳﻖ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺯﻭﺩﻱ
ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﻛﺎﻓﺣﺔ ﺁﻓﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻌﺎﻗﺩﺓ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ.
All hotel and tourism establishments in the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi must abide by the above.
