ﺗﺳﻭﻳﺔ ﻣﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻡ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﻭﺭﺳﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺑﻠﺩﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺭﺩﺓ ﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:

Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
With reference to the above subject and based on Law
No. (8) of 2018, establishing the Department of Culture
and Tourism - Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) with an
overall mandate to develop and elevate quality
standards of the tourism industry to achieve tourism
development in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi; and the
Executive Council Resolution No. (15) of 2016 regarding
Municipality Fees for residents in hotels in the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi; and Chairman Resolution No. (94) of 2018
regarding the executive regulations for controlling the
revenues of tourism and hotel establishments in the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi; and circular No.36 of 2021
regarding supporting hotel and tourism establishments in
overcoming the negative economic effects of the
pandemic.
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ8ﺑﺎﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺿﻭﻉ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ، ﻭﺍﺳﺗﻧﺎﺩﺍ ً ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺇﻧﺷﺎء ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻧﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ

ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺑﻠﺩﻳﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻓﻧﺎﺩﻕ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻼﺋﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﺭﻗﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺇﻳﺭﺍﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ94ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺩﻋﻡ 36/2021 ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻌﻣﻳﻡ ﺭﻗﻡ
ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺧﻁﻲ ﺍﻵﺛﺎﺭ ﺍﻻﻗﺗﺻﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻠﺑﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﺟﺎﺋﺣﺔ.
To further stimulate the investment environment for hotel
establishments in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, it has been
decided to process the collected amounts from hotel
establishments during the exemption period for the
second half of the year 2021, which are remitted to the
Department of Culture and Tourism (Tourism Fee and
Municipality Fee). This processing includes conducting a
reconciliation of the amounts collected from the hotel
establishments in accordance with the obligations owed
to the Department on a monthly basis during the current
y e a r a n d s u b s e q u e n t p e r i o d s i f i t i s r e q u i r e d ,
proportional to the value of obligations owed by each
hotel establishment during the exemption period
mentioned earlier.

ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺟﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺭﺩﺓ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ -ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻋﻥ
)ﺍﻟﺭﺳﻡ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻲ ﻭﺭﺳﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺑﻠﺩﻳﺔ(. 2021 ﻓﺗﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻋﻔﺎء ﻟﻠﻧﺻﻑ ﺍﻟﺛﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﻥ ﻋﺎﻡ

ﺧﻼﻝ ﻓﺗﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻋﻔﺎء ﺍﻟﻣﺫﻛﻭﺭﺓ ﻭﻓﻘًﺎ ﻟﻼﻟﺗﺯﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﺣﻘﺔ ﻟﻠﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺳﺎﺱ ﺷﻬﺭﻱ
ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﻟﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻧﻭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻼﺣﻘﺔ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺗﻁﻠﺏ ﺍﻷﻣﺭ، ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﺑﻣﺎ ﻳﺗﻧﺎﺳﺏ ﻣﻊ ﻗﻳﻣﺔ
ﺍﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺗﺣﻘﺔ ﻟﻛﻝ ﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﺗﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺯﻣﻧﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﻣﻭﻟﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﻋﻔﺎء ﺍﻟﻣﺫﻛﻭﺭﺓ
ﺃﻋﻼﻩ.
The implementation of this process will commence from
the fees due for the month of August 2023. The Finance
Department team will be in direct communication with
you regarding this matter.
