Subject: Providing DCT Abu Dhabi with the financial
data and sales report
ﺗﺯﻭﻳﺩ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺑﺎﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﻭﺗﻘﺎﺭﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺑﻳﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
Pursuant to the law no. 8 of 2018 regarding the
establishment of the Department of Culture and Tourism
– Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), and resolution of the
Executive Council no. 23 of 2018 Concerning its scope
and mandate, and to evaluate and analyse the economic
activities pre and post COVID-19, you are kindly
requested to provide the following no later than one
week from receiving the circular:
ﺑﺷﺈﻥ 2018 ﻟﺳﻧﺔ 8 ﺑﺎﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺿﻭﻉ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ، ﻭﺍﺳﺗﻧﺎﺩﺍ ً ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺭﻗﻡ
23 ﺍﻧﺷﺎء ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﻭﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﻠﺱ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫﻱ ﺭﻗﻡ
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﺇﺿﺎﻓﻳﺔ ﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ، ﻭﻣﻥ ﺃﺟﻝ ﺗﻘﻳﻳﻡ 2018 ﻟﺳﻧﺔ
(، ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻛﺭﻡ19 ﻭﺗﺣﻠﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺗﺟﺎﺭﻱ ﻗﺑﻝ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ ﺟﺎﺋﺣﺔ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ )ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ
ﺑﺗﺯﻭﻳﺩﻧﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻭﻋﺩ ﺃﻗﺻﺎﻩ ﺃﺳﺑﻭﻉ ﻣﻥ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺍﺳﺗﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻣﻳﻡ:
1. Providing DCT Abu Dhabi with financial data and
sales reports upon request and cooperating with its
representatives in this regard.
. ﺗﺯﻭﻳﺩ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﻭﺗﻘﺎﺭﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺑﻳﻌﺎﺕ ﺣﺳﺏ ﺍﻟﻁﻠﺏ1
ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﻣﻊ ﻣﻣﺛﻠﻳﻬﺎ ﺑﻬﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺻﺩﺩ.
2. Providing DCT Abu Dhabi with monthly detailed sales
reports, through its smart platform, where you will be
i n f o r m e d o f t h e p r o c e d u r e s t o b e f o l l o w e d f o r
registration on the platform shortly.
. ﺗﺯﻭﻳﺩ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ ﺑﺗﻘﺎﺭﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺑﻳﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻔﺻﻳﻠﻳﺔ ﺷﻬﺭﻳﺎ ً ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻋﺑﺭ2
ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺻﺔ ﺍﻟﺫﻛﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻬﺎ، ﺣﻳﺙ ﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺗﺑﻠﻳﻐﻛﻡ ﺑﺎﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﺳﺟﻳﻝ ﻋﺑﺭ
ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺻﺔ ﻗﺭﻳﺑﺎً.

noting that corrective measures and penalties will be
applied against offenders.
