Subject: Amendment on circular no. 14/2020 and
additional instructions
ﻭﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺇﺿﺎﻓﻳﺔ 14/2020 ﺗﻌﺩﻳﻝ ﺗﻌﻣﻳﻡ ﺭﻗﻡ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
With reference to DCT circular number 14/2020 issued on 17th
March 2020 in line with the preventative measures for Coronavirus
(COVID-19). The Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi is
instructing all tourism establishments in Abu Dhabi Emirate to
comply with the following amendments:
ﻣﺎﺭﺱ 17 ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺳﻝ ﺑﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ 14/2020 ﺑﺎﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻣﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭ ﺭﻗﻡ
(19ﻭﺗﻣﺎﺷﻳﺎ ً ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺗﺩﺍﺑﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻔﻳﺭﻭﺱ ﻛﻭﺭﻭﻧﺎ )ﻛﻭﻓﻳﺩ - ،2020
ﺗﻭﺟﻪ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ - ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﺑﺎﻻﻟﺗﺯﺍﻡ
ﺍﻟﺗﺎﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺭﺍﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﻟﻳﺔ:
Resume gyms operations and services.
Continue the suspension of spa services and entertainment
club activities in tourism establishment premises.
ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﻣﺯﺍﻭﻟﺔ ﻧﺷﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻧﻭﺍﺩﻱ ﺍﻟﺭﻳﺎﺿﻳﺔ.
ﺍﺳﺗﻣﺭﺍﺭ ﺇﻳﻘﺎﻑ ﺟﻣﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺗﺟﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺻﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻧﻭﺍﺩﻱ ﺍﻟﺗﺭﻓﻳﻬﻳﺔ
ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻭﺍﺟﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺩﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ.
Furthermore, please consider the adherence to the following:
Suspend all lounge operations including cigar lounges.
Continue to operate swimming pools along with private
beaches.
ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﺫﻛﻭﺭ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ، ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻛﺭﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻘﻳﺩ ﺑﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ:
ﺇﻳﻘﺎﻑ ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺧﺩﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻼﻭﻧﺞ ﺑﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺃﺷﻛﺎﻟﻬﺎ ﺑﻣﺎ ﻓﻳﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺻﺻﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﺩﺧﻳﻥ.
ﺍﺳﺗﻣﺭﺍﺭ ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﻣﺳﺎﺑﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﺷﻭﺍﻁﺊ ﺍﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ.
The above is for your strict adherence effective from Wenesday 18th
March 2020 until further notice.
Kindly note that DCT Abu Dhabi inspectors will be visiting tourism
establishments to ensure adherence to these instructions. Your
compliance with the above is strictly required, noting that legal
measures will be taken against any violators pursuant to applicable
legislation.
