Subject: Amendment on circular no. 14/2021-
Directives regarding catering during the Holy Month of Ramadan
- ﺗﻭﺟﻳﻬﺎﺕ ﺑﺧﺻﻭﺹ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ 14/2021 ﺗﻌﺩﻳﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻌﻣﻳﻡ ﺭﻗﻡ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
ﺍﻟﻁﻌﺎﻡ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺷﻬﺭ ﺭﻣﺿﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺑﺎﺭﻙ
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
Please be informed that the directions pointed in circular no 14/2021 is amended in order to align with tourism and hotel establishments existing practices in relation to the above subject.
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺿﻭﻉ 14/2021 ﻧﺣﻳﻁﻛﻡ ﻋﻠﻣﺎ ً ﺑﺗﻌﺩﻳﻝ ﻣﺎ ﻭﺭﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻣﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺻﺎﺩﺭ ﺭﻗﻡ
ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺎﺭ ﺇﻟﻳﻪ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻟﻳﺗﻣﺎﺷﻰ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻣﻣﺎﺭﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﺗﺎﺩﺓ ﺑﻬﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺧﺻﻭﺹ ﻟﺩﻯ
ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ.
Therefore, the establishments will be allowed to provide catering services as per usual practice during the Holy Month of Ramadan without installing curtains or covering facades.
ﻭﻋﻠﻳﻪ، ﻳﺳﻣﺢ ﻟﻠﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺑﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﺧﺩﻣﺔ ﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﻁﻌﺎﻡ ﻛﺎﻟﻣﻌﺗﺎﺩ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺷﻬﺭ ﺭﻣﺿﺎﻥ
ﺍﻟﻣﺑﺎﺭﻙ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺗﺭﻛﻳﺏ ﺍﻟﺳﺗﺎﺋﺭ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻐﻁﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﺟﻬﺎﺕ.
The above amendment to be considered and revoke the previous direction issued in this regard.
ﻳﺗﻡ ﺍﻋﺗﻣﺎﺩ ﻣﺎ ﻭﺭﺩ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ﻭﻳﻠﻐﻲ ﻣﺎ ﻭﺭﺩ ﺳﺎﺑﻘﺎ ً ﺑﻬﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺷﺄﻥ.
