Subject: Extension of Exemption from Tourism Fees on
Tickets
ﺗﻣﺩﻳﺩ ﺍﻹﻋﻔﺎء ﻣﻥ ﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﺑﺩﻻﺕ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
With reference to the above subject, and based on
Law No. (8) of 2018, establishing the Department of
Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi)
with an overall mandate to develop and elevate
quality standards of the tourism industry to achieve
tourism development in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,
and t h e Executive Council Resolution No. (54) of
2018, regarding event licensing in Abu Dhabi
Emirate, and Chairman of DCT Abu Dhabi decision
No. (6) of 2024, concerning extending the exemption
from the fees for issuing, distributing and marketing
tickets in accordance with the Events Licensing
System in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;
2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ8) ﺭﻗﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺇﻟﻰ ً ﻭﺍﺳﺗﻧﺎﺩﺍ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ، ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺿﻭﻉ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺑﺎﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ
ﻋﻠﻳﻪ ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﻧﺹ ﻭﻣﺎ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ - ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻧﺷﺎء ﺑﺷﺄﻥ
ﻭﺍﻻﺧﺗﺻﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﻳﺔ ﻹﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻬﺎﻡ

ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، 2018 ( ﻟﺳﻧﺔ54)
ﻟﺳﻧﺔ (6ﻭﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﺭﺋﻳﺱ ﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﺣﺔ – ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ ﺭﻗﻡ )
ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺗﻣﺩﻳﺩ ﺍﻹﻋﻔﺎء ﻣﻥ ﺑﺩﻝ ﺻﺭﻑ ﻭﺗﻭﺯﻳﻊ ﻭﺗﺳﻭﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ 2024
،ﻭﻓﻖ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ
For further support to the investment environment in
the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, it has been decided to
exempt event organisers from the tourism fee of
10% on tickets sold until 31 December 2024.
ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ ﺇﻋﻔﺎء ﺗﻘﺭﺭ ﻓﻘﺩ ﺃﺑﻭﻅﺑﻲ، ﻭﺩﻋﻣﺎ ً ﻟﺑﻳﺋﺔ ﺍﻻﺳﺗﺛﻣﺎﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ
ﺍﻋﺗﺑﺎﺭﺍ ً ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺑﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﻋﻠﻰ %10 ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺗﺫﺍﻛﺭ ﺑﺩﻻﺕ ﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﻣﻥ
.2024 ﺩﻳﺳﻣﺑﺭ 31 ﺣﺗﻰ 2024 ﻳﻧﺎﻳﺭ 1 ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ
It is mandatory for event organisers to obtain event
licenses in accordance with the regulations specified
for this purpose. Additionally, they are obliged to
declare the revenues generated from these events,
s u b m i t s u p p o r t i n g f i n a n c i a l s t a t e m e n t s , a n d
cooperate with revenue auditors or individuals
designated by DCT Abu Dhabi to validate the
accuracy of their declarations.
ﻭﻳﻠﺗﺯﻡ ﻣﻧﻅﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﺑﺗﺭﺧﻳﺹ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﻅﻣﺔ ﺑﻬﺫﺍ
ﺍﻟﻣﺅﻳﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﻟﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺷﺄﻥ، ﻭﺑﺎﻟﺗﺻﺭﻳﺢ ﻋﻥ ﺇﻳﺭﺍﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻳﺎﺕ، ﻭﺗﻘﺩﻳﻡ ﺍﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎﺕ
ﻣﻥ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﻘﻖ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺋﺭﺓ ﻗﺑﻝ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻛﻠﻔﻳﻥ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻹﻳﺭﺍﺩﺍﺕ ﻣﺩﻗﻘﻲ ﻣﻊ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﻟﻬﺎ،
ﺍﻹﻗﺭﺍﺭﺍﺕ. ﺻﺣﺔ
