Subject: Cabinet decision on updating employment
procedures in hotel establishments of four stars and
above
ﺍﻟﺗﻭﻅﻳﻑ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺄﺕ ﻗﺭﺍﺭ ﻣﺟﻠﺱ ﺍﻟﻭﺯﺭﺍء ﺑﺷﺎﻥ ﺗﺣﺩﻳﺙ ﺍﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣـﻭﺿﻭﻉ:
ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻓﻧﺔ ﺍﺭﺑﻊ ﻧﺟﻭﻡ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻓﻭﻕ
Greetings, ﺗﺣﻳﺔ ﻁﻳﺑﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺩ،
The mandate contained in Cabinet Resolution No.
( 2 7 / 1 0 ) f o r t h e y e a r 2 0 2 1 , r e g a r d i n g h o t e l
establishments classified as 4 stars and above,
stipulates that it will no longer be required to obtain a
permit from the Ministry of Human Resources and
Emiratization before bringing in or employing any worker
to work for any employer and instead will be subject to
the conditions and controls stipulated in Federal Decree-
Law No. 29 of 2021 regarding the entry and residence
of foreigners and its executive regulations. Please note
that the change will be implemented on February 2,
2022.

ﻧﺟﻭﻡ ﻓﻣﺎ ﻓﻭﻕ، ﻳﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻡ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﻟﻥ 4 ﺑﺷﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺻﻧﻔﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻓﺋﺔ
ﻳﺗﻁﻠﺏ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺍﻵﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺻﺭﻳﺢ ﻣﻥ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻣﻭﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺑﺷﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺗﻭﻁﻳﻥ ﻗﺑﻝ
ﺍﺳﺗﻘﺩﺍﻡ ﺃﻭ ﺗﺷﻐﻳﻝ ﺃﻱ ﻋﺎﻣﻝ ﻟﻠﻌﻣﻝ ﻟﺩﻯ ﺃﻱ ﺻﺎﺣﺏ ﻋﻣﻝ ﻭﺳﻳﺧﺿﻊ ﻟﻠﺷﺭﻭﻁ
2021 ﻟﺳﻧﺔ 29 ﻭﺍﻟﺿﻭﺍﺑﻁ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺻﻭﺹ ﻋﻠﻳﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺳﻭﻡ ﺑﻘﺎﻧﻭﻥ ﺍﺗﺣﺎﺩﻱ ﺭﻗﻡ
ﻓﻲ ﺷﺄﻥ ﺩﺧﻭﻝ ﻭﺇﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﻷﺟﺎﻧﺏ ﻭﻻﺋﺣﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﺗﻧﻔﻳﺫﻳﺔ. ﻭﺳﻳﺗﻡ ﺍﻟﺑﺩء ﺑﺗﻁﺑﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﻣﺫﻛﻭﺭ

Therefore, for any action related to hotel establishments
classified in a category of 4 stars or above, kindly
contact the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality,
Customs and Port Security to obtain the service,
according to the procedures in place for them.
ﻧﺟﻭﻡ ﻓﻣﺎ 4 ﻭﻋﻠﻳﻪ، ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻷﻱ ﺇﺟﺭﺍء ﻳﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻧﺷﺂﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻧﺩﻗﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻣﺻﻧﻔﺔ ﻣﻥ ﻓﺋﺔ
ﻓﻭﻕ ﻳﺗﻭﺟﺏ ﻣﺭﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻬﻳﺋﺔ ﺍﻻﺗﺣﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻬﻭﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺟﻧﺳﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺟﻣﺎﺭﻙ ﻭﺃﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﻓﺫ
.ﻟﻠﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺧﺩﻣﺔ، ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﺣﺳﺏ ﺍﻹﺟﺭﺍءﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻣﻭﻝ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻟﺩﻳﻬﻡ
